19x10 with a 235/35? can i fit it on without a real problem

ive been tire shopping for my tires....

at first i wanted 245/35f and 255/35r but i dont think that enough of a stretch...

so now im thinking of going 235/35f and 245/35r on a 10 inch

its going on a 93 SC300 19x10 with a 20 offset all the way around... so i gotta run a stretch

will 235/35f and 245/35r be ok for driving on the street and not having real big issues with mounting?

Are you planning on getting wider fenders up front? In the rear you can easily fit 255s and up front I would do 235 and adding some more camber. Theres another member who is running pretty agressive setup on his SC...I would suggest looking around (i.e. doing a search) and you will find info about his tire setup.

yeah i found alot of setups on SC's but theyre all 9" or 9.5" in front.... and not 10

i see them run 225 on 9.5

well there are people who have fit 225 on a 10.5 (theres a video few threads down in this section). One thing is that you may get a lot of crap from your local police dept. But other than that...if anything you can always sell those tires and get something wider.

Check AME VIP's setup on his SC. I think he's running pretty wide wheels with a very low offset.

yeah i checked out his setup already... theres more pix on here than what i saw on CL

i like his setup... i just dont wanna run a tire that will give me issues like it popping off or only going to like one place in all of houston the MIGHT be able to mount them

235/245 would be nice.    

225 on 19x9.5 isa big stretch but I haven't had any problems.   235 you will be fine on 19x10. Remember that the bigger the diameter of the wheel, the lower the profile and the more extreme a stretch will be.   If you go 18" you can do smaller width tires because you have more sidewall to work with.  There is an s13 in the photo section running 19x9 and 19x10 with 215/225 in fact.

What wheels are you using?

i know theyre not jdm or vip but i like the style of these wheels alot

19x10 +20 boyd coddington forged... i got them pretty cheap... 1000 for all 4 brand new

If you want a nice stretch and if its only for cruising/daily driving set-up, i would definately run 215/35 and 225/35. thats what im running on my 19x9+6 and 19x10+0 with falken fk451's. dont go with the 40 series, its going to look unproportional.

Go with a 255/35r and a 235/35f  Nice moderate strech, oh and good job on that deal..They will give you a sporty exe look.
I think when you have a smaller less agressive dish than you want to have a moderate stretch takes and when you have a big more agressive dish a nice big stretch accompanies 
the wheel better. That is just my opinion though.
