Tire wear
Seeing how most of the bagged cars have rediculous camber in the rear, I was wondering if there was a way to battle uneven tire wear? I have seen the Falken tires that are made more towards VIP, being stretched and used with negative camber, but I don't see how it would prevent just one portion of the tire being worn through.

best way, if you're running a lot of camber, is to flip tires from side to side as soon as you start balding.
alternatively, you can run less camber at ride height, but where's the fun in that? ;)

No tire is "Made for VIP"
Its pretty much "Pay to Play" when you alter a cars suspension that much.
* Do continue to buy FALKEN tho

In the vip game you dont use camber kits to correct camber... You use them to INCREASE it!

i am running a little under 5 degrees in my rear and my car's been the same
for the last year and a half if not longer.
i've gone thru tons of tires and my last pair in the rear.. i got 10,000 miles
before a flip.. so i should be able to get about 20,000 in the rear.
i dont think it's that bad at all for a lowered rwd car that weighs like 4000lbs.
PS.. dont just buy into people's "CAMBER = VIP" theres a lot of people who just induce camber for no reason. thats just G A Y. you want max tire life. im running
my camber adjustments MAXIMUM straightness and it's still at 4 something.
don't camber if you dont have to, or be prepared to pay the price..
"pay to play" only flies for your first set of tires that you kill.. after a few, you
think twice..

actually, dominik is right-- in my case, i had to shorten my aftermarket rear upper control arms (even with all the adjustability) to get the alignment i needed out of the car. it was pretty fun, i have to say =P

So it's pretty much a baller's style? I know 19-21 in tires are not cheap. :o

Actually 19in tires arent that expensive anymore. I remember finding them for about $800+! Now you can get them for like a little over $500. If you're looking for Falkens, go to Vulcan tires, they're cheap there.
