In 4.5 years, I sold over 40 sets to USA Q45 owners. Mine have been on my Q since August 2004, and I cut 1/2 coil off each earlier this year. They work just fine. I had 1 complaint out of 40+ people in all that time, and he just thought they rode too stiff.
Also, they used to be listed on Tein.co.jp, but apparently they took it off. Here's the email I got from Tein 4.5 years ago when I first discovered them for Cima, dated April 1 2004:
Kevin,

Beats the heck out of me, but 4.5 years, no complaints here (other than wishing they were about 2" lower than they are :p ).
Bump for a great deal, 250 shipped is good. Whoever gets them should cut 1 or 2 coils off the top and you'll still have a great ride and a nice low height!

whats a good amount to cut off these?
How much should I cut off if I want a little more drop then they will give me? Dont want to go too low, but a little more then they are. Thinking about installing and feeling it out then deciding how many less inches I want.
Thanks for the springs, got them a few days ago.
