19x9 +27 w/ 235/35, clear ok?

hey crew,

i have my wheels and have priced up tyres, not sure when i will make the purchase but hopefully soonish. i realy want to keep the highest load ratings possible along with reasonabley chunky tyres for the front to protect from rim damage when daily driving.

thus i was thinking of a narrow running 235/35/19 up front on my 19x9 +27 rims. If i roll the fenders up front and remove/trim/heat & bend the liner, do you think i can get away with it?

Current ride height has the tread of the stock 16" 225/55/16s *just* inline/*slightly* under the fender edge.

thanks for any help, i will probably buy the front tyres first then rears a week or 2 later. As per my topic in Wheels + Tyres, im thinking of Achilles tyres (recommended them over Nankangs by tyre shop).

regards
Ant

Smaller up front. Like a 225, 215, MAYBE even 205. I had a 235 on a 9.5 +20 and wasn't much of a stretch.

*edit* NVM, you said you wanted a chunkier tire. Go with a 235. It should be a square sidewall, not much of a stretch.

^ bugger dont really want that. but at the same time i want the 91 load rating and dont want to bend my rims (at least not too soon/often :P) .... if its a little ugly but clear okay thats fine, can always go smaller next set of tyres i guess once i get used to driving it/see how it goes
