new to the site

Hello all!

My name is John and Im new to the site/forum, and also new to the lexus community. I bought a 99 alpine silver GS300 about 2 months ago, and I LOVE IT . The previous owner took good care of it and its in great condition. 


Here are the list of upgrades: 
Interior components have been upgraded to look like 2001+ GS model. 
Leather steering wheel was replaced with wood Lexus steering wheel with airbag with Lexus emblem. 
Instrument Cluster was replaced with 2001+ cluster for newer and better look.
Leather shift knob was replaced with Lexus OEM burlwood shift knob. 
TRD aluminum pedals were installed.
Dull yellow interior lights were replaced with bright white light bulbs. 
19" Axis Milano wheels (don't know the offset) and wheel locks
Sarona roof spoiler
TRD front grill
OEM KAZZ Clear tail lights. 
JDM Chrome trunk bar.
Apexi WS sports catback mufflers.
TRD L-Tuned suspension kit
L-Tuned license plate frames

In the future, I would like to change the wheels to a mild aggressive stance. I'm also thinking about getting air suspension first. 

I know it's not as clean compared to you guys, but hopefully I get there :dance:
what do you guys think?

i wanna take it out, but dont know what to put as a plug on the holes. any suggestion? ill sell you the exhaust when i get a new one for sure :giggity:

im planning on going air first, but cant decide what set up and who is going to install it :sad:

UAS seems to be the hot ticket.  Can you DIY? Bahh your car is nice don't shortchange yourself. See u there! LOL

i can DIY but everything has to be bolt on progress (no drilling, grinding, anything to do with a machine) LOL

Nice GS dude.  I would definitely go wingless, you can plug up those holes with JB Weld on the underside and bondo it flush on top.  That's what I've done before and it worked out great.  But yeah, you should save up for air suspension, and then worry about other stuff later.

as far as shaving it, ill probably do that later when i get the kit i want. im planning on repainting the car (same color) later in the future anyway. but for now, i dont want to roll around town with a bondo on my trunk :p. ive heard people use stickers or vinyl (sorry dont know the spelling) but i dont know where to get/purchase them :(

another vegas head... i swear we're multiplying... dont even trip about being at the meet like that... because me and dzz will be there in STOCK MODE. haha. wingless for sure... if you can't duck it, f*ck it. vinyl works too. haha. i'd rather have the holes, then the wing, but its gonna start raining soon... so at least tape it right. =)

hotel business is slowing down around here, especially the casino. dont know which valet you work in, but business is down at  least 11% for all of vegas. so dont be shocked if they cut down hours too. i think mgm is going to lay off another 1500 today from their company world wide. :shrug:
