They're jus D.E.P.O. lights. Can be found off of ebay under mercedees I forget which model

I was doing some research about these back then and found out it was either the w210 or w211 E class foglights. check out ebay im sure they have some aftermarket ones for cheap...

most jdm kits are molded to fit stock fog lights so they won't have to make there own.. i know the foglights from the  insurance ambition kit for the Y33 are from the honda odeyssey

Yea I remember it being a E class, I'll have to look to see which ones they are...
