Who here also builds model cars?
I've always loved cars since I was small, and I've been into building model cars since I was 8 years old. It's been a while since I last built a model but I've recently gotten back into the hobby. I just recently moved to a new pad and while I was packing I found the JP Crown Majesta I had started to build back in 2003 but never got around to finishing. Pics are below of just the VIP cars in my "to-do" pile, as well as the wheels I've bought for them. I've got everything from VIP cars to old school cars, muscle cars, and classics.
As you can probably tell, I love the S14 chassis Toyota Crown Majesta!! :smiley-rofl:

I'll be building the Luxy JZS147 Aristo into a replica of my own GS300

1/24 Amistad R, Leon Hardiritt Bugel, Club Linea L566, Kranze Bazreia & LXZ, Trafficstar DTX & RTM

I collect 1:18 scale diecast. I really wish they would make some wheels in that scale, instead of me using the oversized 1:24 DUB model wheels to mod mine.

You'd be surprised what lengths people go to with customizing these little buggers.
I have an S13 fastback that I'm tinkering with when I feel like killing time.

Wooow didn't know there were so many types of VIP models. I love models, but I've been building 1/8 and 1/10th scale radio controled gas cars. I posted my 1/10 Celsior on here a while back, but only a few took interest. Ebay has vip models and wheels. I seen a set of LH Ordens a few weeks ago.
The white tape on the windows was just a mask and later removed after spraying the final coat of silver. The wheels were changed to staggered Work Meisters and the wing was only there for function.....(I hate wings)....These things are awsome to build and my latest car car reaches 100+ MPH in real scale, not model scale speed.

^^^^^^Yeah I had started a thread about that car^^^^a while back but I've deleted the pics from my photobucket and I guess the thread is gone now.
I've sold that car and I'm working on another Celsior, SC400 & M5. I still have a few sets of the work meister's that I'm going to put on the new cars when they're done.....Even my 7yr old son is building, spraying and racing these cars..........Its addictive

Here's my evo with work meisters.....its an electric drift car. This car is so fun to drive because as soon as you hit the "gas" the car starts to drift. You can add weight, change the weight of the shock oils to softer/harder depending on the track you're drifting on. I had few drift cars but I've been so busy that I haven't had time to even think about these cars.
