I am driving home, booming kanye (yeah fuck off i like it) with my new door speakers...and BAM out of the corner of my eye at like 100KPH i see this thing in the wash area.  i had to think about it for a second, but i flipped a bitch and went back.  Between my japanese and his english, we were able to hold quite the interesting conversation.

so...from what i can see and we talked about he has:
IKEYA FORMULA EVERYTHING
FLCA, modified JIC suspension
tension rods
RLCA
RUCA
toe arm and traction arm both modified like mine were
again, NO AIR.
lol when i asked him if he had air he laughed a little.  said he ran suspension and wont run air. its not as um.....shit i forget the word he said but its not as OG basically.

shit was sick as fuck. didnt understand why he ahd stock 2pots though, looked kinda stupid. but whatever

Actually those spots in the mountains and on steep hills are crushed glass or sand mixed with paint and other shit to help maintain traction.  It works really well.  Some areas in Japan have great roads, some..not so great.  Most of the expressways are pretty damned nice though...

Believe it or not, 90-95% of them are on coils! You will rarely see them on bags. 
I think because coils are stiffer for when they ride so damn low.......

On the brake calipers there are "pots" that squeeze the pads against the rotors..a 2 pot would have 2.  Many people just call them "pistons".  My AP Racing brakes were 6 piston calipers:

If I rolled that low only on coils, my front bumper would be gone, side skirts in pieces, rear bumper smashed, and all  fenders mangled from the tires... OG status right there.
