wrapped up,strapped down and ready to sail!
i sold my car today ;( and im curled up like a ball in the corner of the room crying.lol!but im surely gonna miss my GS.

yep,it is.and i believe its in good hands cuz one day id like to see it again.

i heard your ls430 is going there too. so now got a few black vip cars went to kauai. some came and bought them from oahu too.

i wish we can come cruise with you guys in maui again though. i guess you can ride in one of our cars this september

im hoping i can sell the LS.garanz Kauai is on the come up.and shoots,i wouldnt mind riding in ya cars wen ya come down again.

Sad to see her go......but good to hear that she won't be going "too far".  So what you got planned next?

Couldn't imagine letting my car go. Is this the same one that had them lock smice typed wheels or somethin else? or was that another car? I still keep forgetting that Hawaii has different parts and isn't jus one big area....

Yea same whip, that was just stage 1

yup same car.sorry peoples.even though i loved that car to death,i had to let it go.as for a next project?well im selling the LS so thats not it.im trying to get out of the scene because its making me broke!right now i need something regular to drive.something i cant modify,thus helping me save money for the future.a new Tacoma.hopefully.i'll still be cruising the forums because VIP runs through my body and that i will never let go.i wanna thank my VSC family for the help in building my dream ride.much mahalos and alohas!

Good for you shaun. something stock to drive and not worrying about getting hassled is always good.  Although, judging by your past rides, I have a feeling that tacoma won't stay stock for long.  =)  Trust me, I tried to keep cars stock...but modding is in the veins, as I'm sure they are in yours.  Plus....you are from the land of Maui off road.  chee hoo!

damn dude i know the feeling. I had an S13, kinda did it "stage 1" then everyone egged me on both on local & international forums to really finish it off.
 
so i built my ultimate S13 exterior wise, had further engine and interior plans and just went "wtf, its costing me a mint" plus i even had used some of a personal loan to do the modifications. So i basically finished it, got a local magazine shoot, then sold it!
 
it was kind of like an anti climax, but its nice to quit while you're ahead so to speak. I agree with the modding in the veins though, thats why i bought my 2GS though because its non turbo and auto and has little support over here in Aus/Perth so i knew i wouldnt be too tempted beyond just wheels & coilovers. so far so good..!
 
good luck with the 4wd, Hawaii isnt somewhere i necessary thought of holidaying to before, but now i see not only the sweet backdrops but a bad ass car scene, maybe ill have to come suss it out haha

lol at first, i thot u were wrappin the syran on it so u can take a cruise without damaging the paint. lol


so with 1 car gone and 1 about to go, what are you building next?

well im still crying,but its okay.gotta move on.and im pretty sure [U][B]if [/B][/U] i get the Tacoma i wont modify it.4x4ing isnt my thing.but as "elpresidente" once told me,"no car,no life".which is pretty much true.i dont know what the hell i would do without modifying something.so with that being said,i will have a project car.not VIP but more like going back to the old skool.i might continue with my AE86,or sell it and pick up a 71-74 Toyota Corolla.but i dont know right now.

Definitely a beautiful build bruh we all hate to see it go...

Sad to see that GS leave maui.. 
 
The whole thrill is building cars and the hobbie and culture. Glad you didnt part it out after all the hard work put into it ,like many people do.. 
 
Im on Kauai all the time working and never once i saw a VIP car there.. Hopefully the bug gets to Kauai after seeing your old ride rolling the streets on Kauai.. 
 
you better keep away from Matt at 1320.. im sure he would love to lift that Tacoma or infulence you to build it.. and we all know that maui has some of the sickest 4x4s..

i'll have Matt work on something else.lifted trucks are sick as hell,but i like to stay closer to the ground.im affraid of heights!=)
