or just didnt like the looks ... I would personally look at another set ... soo many wheels out there hehe

well these racingharts are my old set i had on my GS but now i gave it to the G35 and its flush... im not trying to say that the car is Vip.... it's getting there, especially with the new wheels we ordered too; we're getting ready for measurement for some new VIP Modulars in custom sizing and trust me its not going to be no Axis brand wheels either!

fitment isnt crazy, i know that but for wheels we had laying at the garage... it isnt bad at all. it probably looks weird cuz the car is high (suspension problem).....

and James, i dont think we can top you or Shane! ahaha

Thanks for acknowledging that this is VIP "inspired," most people aren't aware that style and inspiration are two different things. Having said that, I think i should say this; the car looks good, but I only see a few small "VIP" elements. You've got curtains and are gathering measurements for some new wheels, but what else is there?

I'll get off my soapbox now. Keep the forum posted on any new developments. :thumbsup:

PS: 20sburning, you're entitled to your opinion. Whether it's positive or negative, you shouldn't feel obligated to edit them out, you dig?

The car is missing the most important aspect to even be considered "vip inspired" and that is the stance.  When the vip word is used too loosely, they style no longer has a meaning.
 
Other then that, its a nice car.  Keep it up

the guy that installed our air suspension messed that shit up ... now we gotta RMA that shit and Im going to have a professional install it and maybe later this year we are going to do coilover/cup kit.

thanks, but dont worry, we are going to have it properly done (wheels from you guys, VIP modular. Body work is going to be done at Platinum VIP and suspension is going to be STD Suspensions coilovers with Platinum's cup kit).

Thanks Auggie, it's nothing right now, it's a work in progress but after we are done you'll see whats up! :dance: 

and about the comments issue, i wasnt trying to be a dick at all. my responses to me seem very normal as i wasnt try to sound cocky or anything because I know our car isnt anywhere near Vip Styled yet. but like i said, WORK IN PROGRESS!

i just dont think you can say its vip inspired just cause it has curtains. the wheels themselves and the fitment & stance are just normal car with some ok mags. i wouldnt say theyre flush, just that they fill the guards up ok at that height.
 
all i mean is, i would have held off on posting this till you had the new proper sized wheels and air suspension working right. Or you could have said 'VIP inspired car on the way..' and then posted this is as the 'for now / better than leaving it stock' type shot.

So do you have all of your work done to "your cars" or do you have shops do it all?

90% of the work is done by my boy Hai.... but for stuff like wheel mount/balance, paint, etc... we bring it out.
but we are only limited to do soo much in the driveway you know...
 
oh btw, the G got updated alot... you can barely see it in my signature.

thanks.. i havent updated this yet but the G has been going thru alot.
we have installed a Wald Lip kit, lowered this G alot and will be doing a Phantom cup kit by Platinum VIP, better wheels and we might S/C or turbo this hoe!

throw on my veilsides.
