Not VIP I learned the hard way.I cant say Ive had any problems though.

This is done in most industries. You charge a lot for a product that is identical to it's competition. Because there are few areas where people judge quality by price. If the same wheel sold for $200, you would say it's cheap piece of crap...but now that it sells for $400...it's no longer a CHEAP piece of crap...but something that's more expensive, so it must be better. Same thing happens at a lot of car mechanic shops...where they raise their prices and begin getting more business because people think they recieve quality work.

I'm running the ordens on my FX, but I paid *alot* less than 380 a wheel

Wow the ordens look nothing like anything super star... but it does raise another interesting point: I love it when knockoff/low-end companies copy NAMES. It's like... is it that hard to just come up with a cool creative name w/o having to resort to using a derivative of another company's monicker? It sorta reminds me of the porn industry though... but at least they're creative enough to come up with shit like Saving Ryan's Privates etc..

for some reason they advertise on thoes wheels that you can get the same width and offset but with staggered lip, which is like a selling point or somthing because you can still rotate the tires? and the deeper lip in the back is created by the spokes totally dive bombing into the wheel (super weak design) you can see this in the first pic of the thread. so theoretically you could just use the "deep dish" size on front and rear with no clearance problems, so i dunno why they sell the small lip version, and even if you got the staggered set and you rotated your tires you would end up with like 1 deep dish on the left and one normal on the right, or vice versa. very retarded.

I have always want some old skool Veilside wheels with big dish. It seems that there is not much supply of them used since they were very expensive to buy new and Veilside did not do a lot of volume.

They're definitely one of the better of the cheap wheels out there... and that's why they cost more than, say, an ADR. But it's also cuz they've built a name for themselves in the US, so people think that Axis wheels are awesome quality. If you scrutinize one up close though, it's just... so so. 
Their first knockoff that got them started in the US market was actually a copy of the Advan TC wheel called, creatively enough, the Axis Touring Cup. Most of Axis' wheels are just rebadged Lensos actually... what we know as Axis in the US, are branded as Lensos in other countries.

its up to u guys what u believe that axis fake wheels are crap, no point buyin that quality of wheels, or whatso ever reason u use to say axis/ any other replicas are crap, imo sometimes fake wheels still can look good as it is regardless of their fake lips n other bullsh*t u want to add about the wheels :D
