Toyota Sienna (new body style)

does anyone know of any nice VIPstyle kits for the newer model Toyota Siennas? sometime after my fioncee and i get married, i want to get her a Toyota Sienna. i am hoping there are some good looking kits out there so it'll be less shamefull for me to be in a minivan. btw, she has a kid and we want more kids (up to 3 total, so a van is needed). so why not go ahead and start planning a build says this guy right here :biggthumpup:

Im not aware of any.. think the van is still the Estima in Japan and is completely different....

I dont think Japan even got the Sienna. I believe the Sienna was made for the American market.
 
Since Toyota has Estima and the bigger Alphard to fill thier van line up.  
 
Good Luck though its going to be some if not alot of custom work.

looks like i'll be building a body kit from scratch like i'm going to do for my 06 tacoma reg cab unless i can find a decent kit. maybe by the time i'm ready to buy the van there may be a halfway decent kit available from some site better than Andy's Auto Sport or Street Beat Customs. damn those kits are a joke

You know if the stance and wheel fitment are on point you really dont need a kit...just a thought

very true... doesn't Toyota have a factory lip kit available for that body style Sienna? i can't remember. i know when i did collision repair, there were a ton of Toyotas w/ lip kits available. i could've sworn the Sienna had one. can anyone confirm this? i think if there were was one available for it, then that'd be all i need and just get the fitment and stance right and be done. i think it'd look great. maybe do up the interior w/ some curtains and neck pads and pillows and other stuff from Garson. maybe some of that shiny crystal stuff from them and get one of their exhaust tips too :biggthumpup:

This is the same situation I was in with the Gen 2 XB when it first came out.. just got to think simple but execute it right! 
 
I dont think there are any kits out for this model.. but here is how i would set it up.. and it will prob turn heads.. and not cost more than 6 grand to do it.. 
 
Right offset wheels and not no cheapo genric wheels .. 19s.. or  20s

i remember i did a pretty dope photoshop of a toyota sienna for my friend. I'll see if i can find it.

great. please post up any photoshops so i can get a feel for what it'll look like. i think my fave wheels of all time would have to be the Work Eurolines. those are some great wheels. i know i've seen other wheels i've loved from Fabulous, Amistad, and the SSR Vienna lines

also, how hard would an Estima conversion be?

pretty hard actually. the whole back is different. it's close if you use your imagination, but harder than you think. if changing a Sienna to a Estima is what you mean.

about as hard as a Bentley conversion...

back to square 1. oh well, at least i don't own it yet. if there are any bored people w/ photoshop skills, i'd like to see how a black Sienna would look w/ some different types of wheels and a nice stance

see thats what im talking about. you dont always need a car with a japanese counterpart to do a great build. start with stance (wheels and suspension) and go from there. the sienna looks nice. go for it.

i hope my fioncee would approve. i told her that when i get her a van, i'm gonna bag it and put a nice set of wheels on it and put in switches so she can raise it to go over curbs and speed bumps. she said she doesn't wanna learn how to do all that. so i'm thinking i'll have it set up so when she cranks the van up, it'll raise on its own and she won't have to do anything and when it's off, it'll go back down

anyone watch that show about the meter readers in Philly that boot peoples cars when they don't pay their tickets? i'd like to see them boot a van w/ a dumped suspension laying frame! haha!
