WTB: Fabulous wheel air valve

Hey guys,

One of my air valve on my Fabulous wheel is bent and is leaking air slowly the tire shop told me I will have to get one from manufacturer I don't know if that's true but if so where can I get it and how much it will be?? Please let me know thank you very much in advance!!!
