Ya tell me about it! I can't say it will be much lower than it is now, but at least the suspension will be fixed and it will ride smoothly, cuz right now I feel everything in the road...Eventually I'll go for some proper JIC coilovers or something and enable it to go lower. But it's my DD so I need it to be practical still.
i know the question i'm about to ask is noob, but i'm a noob to N/I. i'm more of a T/L fan, but i've found a 93 Q45 for sale for $800. i was wondering what "kouki" and "zenki" and all that stuff means

Looks great - what's next after the headlights?
So here it is... I'm well aware I'm not following the VIP route, I won't pretend to, but I'm obviously taking influences from VIP cars since I love them...just going my own way. Thought some of you guys might appreciate my vision. Looking forward to spending more time on the site, and maybe meeting some other President owners, as we are few and far between. Those wheels look quite sexy on the car, I must say. You have to really appreciate the whole style of the car. It's awesome, can't wait to see what else you do to it man. I love my Nissans lol

Update: Just scored a sweet deal on a set of 300ZXTT brake calipers, and a 6000K HID hi/lo kit. Giggity. Hopefully my new springs drop it a bit more when they get installed, fingers crossed.

I love the car and its wheels just not together. Refinish them by color matching or machine the spokes or something . The race style rim in a matt bronze finish totally does not work with the smooth sharp lines of the car.

Latest pics of my ride. Sitting on Tokico Blues and California Customs lowering springs, with Z32 adjustable FUCAs. Front is about 3 inches off the ground. Eventually I'll look at an airbag setup, but I've had to spend money on other things this year so my project is going slower than anticipated. I'm still really enjoying the car, I'll store it over the winter and buy a beater, and install my stereo setup over the winter. I can't drive anywhere without people stopping me and asking about the car; it's quite the attention getter, more than I anticipated. the wheels [I]could[/I] be better but i actually dont dislike them. i LOVE the car as a whole the only thing that i dont like is the orientation of the muffler

That was my original plan, people on NICO have swapped in Z32 trannys, it's alot of work but can be done. We will have to see...
I love the car and the rims are nice but they dont belong on this build. It is not easy to go sporty on such an elegant car like this. Rims alone won't do the trick. You would have to redesign the complete car to make the elegant and sport work together
Unless you got some type of forced induction or some serious motor work I dont think the Sport look matters. to me VIP is elegance and the mix of sport and VIP should be for function not just for look when it comes to putting Sport rims. But either way looks nice.
Props on the build, what are the specs on ur rims in the first picture?
