I wanna hear your guys opnion on BBS LM wheels on VIP cars. I've seen quite a few on VIPCAR/VIPSTYLE magazines. What do you guys think [IMG]http://cornerbalance.files.wordpress.com/2008/11/blkgs_bbslm1re.jpg[/IMG]
ive always loved the look of the BBS' it gives vip cars a sporty look and if thats the look i was going for i would definitly rock there..
i love it. i just wish they offered better sizing for the money. but then again, maybe i didnt look hard enough lol.
LM are damn nice...but it is abit sporty. I think it should just stay with BMW. They're not very aggressive looking. They were pretty much designed for big brakes.

Personally, I'd rock it on my GS. I've always been a fan
The reason people don't have them here is because they are expensive in 19"-20," the lip sizes and offsets are not that aggressive, and you have to run big brakes or they won't look right. Also keep in mind that finding them in the US in 5x114.3 in nice sizes is not that easy. I personally like the LM-R's more but I am not really a fan of any mesh wheels.

nah this truck i just runumhard to haul stuff, it will be crazy with 3 sets of airrunner, 3 sets of coiiover and 4 sets of rims for just one vehicle lol.
ultra badass wheel, as long as it fits the look of the car I would rock these all day.
BBS LMs are a classic and they still look sick!

These are OG IMO!
Not LMs but here is a LS on what look lke bbs wheels. Its nice and clean but the offsets aren't really flush. Maybe someone who has them can post them.

I think as long as they are not oversized they fit VIP's very well. LM's are my fav. wheels ever, but sadly are played way beyond belief. I liken it to being in love with a hooker. Not a cheap one, but a hooker none the less.
Considering the price point on LM's i'd say they are up in that territory and the fact that VIP is heading in a sporty direction with everyone putting vents and diffusers on their cars now, I wouldn't be surprised to see some nice custome offset LM's on builds in the future.
Am I the only one who thinks those wheels are over rated? I mean they might be super quality and durable and all but in terms of looks there are much better looking mesh wheels than these. The SSR meshies kinda look like these and u can prob get em in better offsets. I don't know IMO they are ok, nothing to beast over and I would NEVER rock them joints on my GS. Shit I m having a hard time slapping my DPE meshies on my GS which I just got that were supposed to go on another project. Meshies look good on sportier cars, not so much on luxury i think

i like the look of them but always unsure how the face is sort of bolted on outward on the flat of the wheel. i know its for clearance for BBK etc but just looks a bit off for me. i do like them, but not enough to pay the money to get them. on the right car though i really like look of them. theres a silver Q45 i have in a magazine and have seen around in pics with some with grey centres and it looks sweet, i really like the look those wheels give the car. found a pic of it... ^ good call, futuras also in the same boat. proper rims can really go good if you do them right, but since they're a bit 'older' and not 'purely vip style' yuo need to do them right to get them to look VIP..

no is correct. i always thought them to be more sporty...after all, they are racing wheels...just the fitment you usually see is pretty tame.

Some others have done this in the BMW community and if you look closely on the wheels that Inden Design makes they do this as well.
