HIN Nor Cal on July 25, 2009

Are any VSC members doing this show or is anyone interested in doing the show?

I would like to get a headcount if at all possible.  I am curious!

We are thinking about putting together a spot for VSC members if anyone is interested!  We did a HIN spot for 5 cars last year, thinking about doing it again.

Well I don't blame them. EAF is a good event to attend. Last week in Reno they had Frankie J performing and it was a huge turnout.

MIGHT make the trip for work, its a big might cause its so close and we have yet to decide.

I just wanted to say thanks for everything again !! I had a great time yesterday !!

Thank you everyone for coming out especially the VSC members who participated. Sean thank you for the canopy if not we would have been burnt. Then again I think I was anyways with all the walking I was doing.  There was no VIP award since supposedly there wasn't enough cars but its all good we got promotions done. Thank you John for buying us dinner!!! And man Keoni is a crazy cool kid. Also it was nice meeting the members Bobby (blkdragon) & our very own judge David (Vertex GS).

HIN in plesanton last year , hella people steal things from the open cars or motors , I think

People are going to steal whatever even if it has an alarm. Most thieves will steal something that is easy to grab. In this case, I heard that there was no light in that area. Poor security which should be addressed by the promoter. This is why it is good to arrive way too early to get your spot in the front where traffic passes by.

Damn low life thieves. Sucks to hear this happen at a car show.

When I was in Team Hokori and we would go to awards, we would still leave people with the cars.  Then again, this was years ago and when thieves weren't so rampant like now.

I'm pretty sure the theft happened in the parking lot for spectators and not inside the show. There were quite a few spots where there was no floodlight.

And, yes we always leave someone with the cars during award ceremony.

Only thing you can do it keep the car closes and then they only have access to the exterior.Don't jack up your car on stands either.=D

sometimes i think im the only guy that cares about these cars...everytime we go to a show i stand/sit near keeping an eye out as security...the other guys all have fun. i have a feeling the one time i dont somethings gonna happen and im gonna feel like a jerk lol.
