Tattoo shops in Bay Area?

Saw some nice tats at NorCal BBQ, unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to talk to some of the guys, such as Billy with full sleeve of art, nice!
 
Anyway, my tats were done in Toronto, Canada...and I'm thinking of adding one more.  Any good shops you can recommend?

I had all my work done in Hawaii.  All depends on what you are looking for to do?  I took a long time trying to find someone to do my tattoos so I researched a lot of shops out here.  Maybe I may know someone

Thanks VIP!  No doubt man...need to do a lot of research and check references before you let anyone lay-down the ink.

thanks man! i got my work done by matt howse, the guy is amazing!!!! he is the only guy who i let work on me, he also does great portraits. the shop is spider murphys located in san rafael. check it out

what style of tat are you going for? japanese?
 
check out braveheart in south san jose.  i GUARENTEE (sp?) you wont leave unimpressed

owie at sacred tattoo in oakland is also great at japanese/asian tattoos. the dude is hella cool too

+1 looking to get my half sleeve , I found a sick artist and waiting for his call but I heard he might have a guy will keep everyone informed

Its tough to describe, but my artwork is sorta of a goddess /tribal symbol,  representing love, honor, spirit, and death.

Well just got off the phone with him and he wont be doing art work for a min , his dad just passed away , :(

I do have some images of what I am looking into for my half sleeve thou and they will be tweaked but love it thus far. Korean tattoo art work I am looking into

I know , been hard to pick one and change it to what I need if I don't get the artist but we'll see what happens , No rushing in for me , gotta play that waiting game 

I went to a tat shop off of Geary in Sf and they did my ribcage , was nice too but i had the art already ,

My lil bro is supposed to get one from some guy in Sacramento, don't know if that's too far for you. Does really nice custom work.

if its picture machine right on the same block as 7-11 they do good work also! one of my brothers went there, and i know a lot of my friends went there also. cool guys
