Not sure of the exact name-but its a color off a 2000 gs300. Its a tan that looks more silver at night. I was trying to get rid of that "toyota gold" that fades to 80 different colors after time...

The rear-modded z32 300zx twin turbo Trust SP exhaust on the car. I removed the 2 rear resonators, and left the center one. The car sounds good-not loud at all-but more of a v8 rumble. You can hear it when you step on it...kinds sounds like an IS-F.

In case anyone is wondering, the car is a 97 ls400 Coach edition. The lip kit is the Version Select replica Wald Front (for the 98-00), and sides, with a Final Connexions replica rear. I wasnt too hot about using replicas on this build-but needed a kit in time for the body work to get done and Version Select got it to me in 3 days! Surprisingly, the kit fit almost PERFECT. Better than my REAL Wald kit did on my w124 benz and my REAL Bomex did on my Supra by FAR.

im with the others, well executed and clean overall but mufflers are bit racey for the rest of the car, tinted tails always look 'cheap', and the broken up eyelids.
should have gotten the fender panels welded to match the bonnet then it would have been really cool touch. I see what you say about red/clear tail standing out too much, but then if you do LEDs in them they should look nice.
very well executed though, best use of those rims ive seen too.

The creativity, attention to detail and excecution all worked together on this build to make something unique and fresh. I really like it. It may be one of the only Coach edition models to be modified.
Overall, the tails and the fact that the lip kit is a knockoff, are my only two complaints. Well done

So you're rocking the Version Select "Wald" kit? Do you have any pics of everything before it went on or during bodywork?
I plan to pick up the same kit but I've just been weary about quality.

Thanks for the input, the holes for the strut towers were made with a 2 and 3/8ths inch hole saw. Should have moved them in towards the engine about 1/2 inch more...but too late now...

I like it man, especially you fitting the 98-00 front bumper on there, but I think the rare eyelids that make the 95-97 headlights look like 98-00's are slightly better because they give the gap between the grill and headlights like the 98-00. Overall, nice build.

this SO doesn't happen often but
I love it. seriously. I love this car. Fitment is awesome. you actually took the time to do something correctly, unlike many, many people who are too scared to do something as small as cut the holes for your UCAs so they dont hit and you can go lower. I seriously applaud you, as i normally dont like UCFs at all. Outstanding job. The only thing i can add is to take off that roof spoiler. you can tell that its jsut a stick on universal trunk spoiler trim. Roof wings arent too expensive, and it would complete the car.
But really, great job.

Looks great. I've never been a fan of the UCF20 headlamps but I seem to ignore that when looking at the car. The eyelids help for sure and the concave face does it for me. Maybe because I used to own a set of them. I would have kept them if they didn't look so big on the car.
Kudos to you, well played sir.

Ok first of all, he has a Coach edition which is only in the 97 models, and 2nd, its easy to have the antenna shaved if your getting the car repainted. He has a 98+ bumper on a 97. I appreciate your contribution to the forum, but please do research before you post. Thanks.
