Back up cam question.

I have a 03 Q but it doesn't have the back up cam. Awhile back I was trying to diagnose my navi problem (which is fixed BTW), and I removed the back seat to see if the harness was connect. I noticed that there was a harness that was capped off. 
 
Is this the feed for the back up cam? If so, If I get an Infiniti B.U.C and plug it, will it work or is there some programing needed?

I wish I knew the answer I want to do the same thing I dont have the back up cam but would love to add it if it's cost worthy, aka not to expensive.

I think if you get the cam it already should be able to plug and play.... as long as you have the navi system in the car already... but don't quote me on that

I'm hoping it works. ima pick up the cam next week and cross my fingers. I called the dealer to ask them, and the said it wouldn't, on the other hand, they also told me that a navi from another Q wouldn't work. Of course it did, so ima try this. I'll keep you guys posted.

did your car have Nav to start with or not? I was gonna add nav but couldn't find the harness for itto plug in to my F50 is non nav version.

Yeah it had Navi. The navi box in the trunk was acting up though, so I bought a new one.

You will need the camera control box as well.

get one from Ebay ..green lite reckers  has a Q to be parted out:biggthumpup:
