This is the end of year meet for all Supra, Lexus and Exotic car owners in the DC, Maryland, Virginia areas and beyond. As in the past, I hope to have a wide range of cars out to the meet to include: Ferrari's, Aston's, Porsche's, NSX's, GTR's, Vipers and others.
 
If anyone wants to grill out there are picnic tables and grills available. I don't know if I will have the time to coordinate the food effort, so someone would need to volunteer their time to make that happen. 
 
The rain-out date is Saturday, November 7th.

Please be mindful and respectful of the other meet attendees and the other visitors while inside the park. There will be park officers checking on our site and we want to stay on good terms with the National Park Service for future forum events. 
 
I am in no way reponsible for any damage to person or property that may occur while traveling to the meet, while at the meet, or when traveling home from the meet.

No, but it is a nice way to make people drive safe. DON'T change it until the weather gets bad man.  Snow and ice are still not coming until December. You have to come to Import vs Domestic at MIR on Nov 7/8 also. Hold out a little!

Interested in cking out this meet. I'm new to the forum and VIP scene with  a couple of other friends ready to join me. I have a 2002 Odyssey  with nuttin done yet(just bought), but that's gonna be my build this winter. How far is this from the Baltimore City area.:runcoold:

Wow..this sad guys:signdammit:   Looking @ this post, Brad has not gotten  a single peep outta anyone regarding this meet he's trying to put 2gether. Now I know the East Coast reps harder than this, cause I been living here all my life & showing for yrs here and I've seen the turnouts. Let's show some more support (like the west Coast does it) & show the other regions that we represent as strong as they do.:biggthumpup::biggthumpup:.  Holla Back!!!:saiyancrunks:

There will be a couple friends of mine taking pics during the meet and at a secret meet up spot after with real nice camera's.:biggthumpup: Wow people must be scared of Alexandria.  We have great turnouts at all the other meets that have terrible roads, in the ghetto, cop nest's or 2 hours drives away. How can you all miss something so local and safe.

I went last time with my Supra. There was like 1-2 vipcars. I could go with my stock-looking LS, unless my parts come in before then it won't be so bad. I honestly don't wanna go unless there's other vipcars. I'll make some calls.

My car isnt a VIP style yet...., but i would go if more people jump on this.

I have an 06 M45, eibach lowering springs and aftermarket 18's. I never heard of the VIP style until recently and Im tryn to git rid of them to buy some 20's.

Good deal, I love the M45..I almost bought one.. Anyways I have been tryin to spread the VIP style over here for sometime now(alot of people never even heard of VIP style) I have a 02 Odyssey, I have bought a few things, but haven't installed anything yet. Good luck on your Build!!!

I'm going to be there. I live and work in Alexandria, VA and know the area pretty well. My car is pretty stock so don't laugh. I have a gold W210 with possible 18" wheels / lowered this week. Hope to meet some new people at the event.

Looks like this meet may turn out to be sumtin after all. My Ody is still stock for right now & I am alittle embarrased to show naked....but I think meeting some of the forum members and getting a visual look @ the more advanced rides will give me a better idea of what's gonna in store for my Lagreat RL1.=):biggthumpup:

you and me both my friend. I can't decide on wheels and I'd rather not rush a purchase just for the meet. I've got my eyes on two different sets. Both are traditional German but VIP in sense...so we'll just wait and see. I'd like to just meet some of the local members. I might just bring my Honda Fit commuter instead lol.

Well Tabaka, looking forward to meeting you there. I have everything already mapped out as to what I'm putting on my project(already bought some things). but I'm the type that won't start the build until I already have all the major components. I should be @ a good start by next summer. I have already picked my color that the Ody will be painted(won't be a traditional VIP color). I already have paint, I just gotta find time to tear it down and do what I do:slap:

So it's official..the forecast for the day of meet is suppose to be rain in the am with it getting more aggressive thunderstorms and heavy rain further in the day.:pat: So...I guess the meet will be cancelled and moved to rain date?  Let me know!!!!

Thanks to all you that came out. We had some good quality
 cars out and I would say about 75 to 80 total. A few VIP 
cars came out . I will have some pics up this week.

I didn't make it out. I was watching the Redskins game. Later on I drove through Alexandria and saw a Viper, Lambo, and 2 Ferraris rolling by in a line. I assume they had just left the meet. I'm looking forward to the pics. Post a link if they are on another forum.

Nice pics! The white supra is a bad-mama-jamma, but your tellin me there were only 2-3 vips? I mean exotics are cool an all but seen one, seen em all y'know. Anyways the Q's were kleen!

^^^ Nah man, ive seen peeps post throughtout the east, NY, NJ, MD, VA, VA beach...etc. There are guyz there itz just the organization is wack IMO. That or the meet wasnt official..We get guys cruzin through up to 8hrs to showup (SF, LV, AZ, LA, SD, now NY. Liberty and Gotham are a couple clubs back east, right?..I know east is a little behind, but thats because of its participants.. You guys have an oppurtunity to blow it up!

I wish there was more VIP cars around but there is a few locals and this was a local meet. Only people that come to this are close buy. Maybe a couple cars come for the nice drive that's all. There is people I know that are looking hard into doing VIP so the scene will grow. I'm glad that we had some real nice cars that came out. I will have my LS done but the supra needs brakes and more clean up done before I can be at the level I want it at.

I made it out a little late but left before the photos where taken.

I would love to get a huge east coast VIP meet going for next year. The east coast is growing but need to keep the momentum going if we want the scene to grow.

The East coast car scene is heavy, but from what I have seen, alot of people here have no knowledge or ever even heard of the VIP. As for the few I found in my area that have heard of it, they tell me it's way to expensive for them.:shrug:
 
With that being said, Don't really know how much it will blow up on the East coast, but the few of us here that are into it or SERIOUS about it..We will rep hard and spread the word as well as the culture.:biggthumpup:

I've probably seen a total of 2-3 vehicles that I would consider "VIP" rolling around the local Metro/DC area. There are tons of Sport-Euro style cars (VW/BMW's) everywhere though. I'm working on my VIP inspired W210 over the winter and hopefully can join some meets in 2010.
