Aura XR build thread

Ok I figured I would start a build thread of my car since I have finally got some parts in. First off I wanna say that I appreciate the cambered crazy low rides on here but for my purposes and due to the shitty roads where I live in ohio, a moderate drop works better for me. Here are some pics of my car as well as some future plans. Also, I know its not a platform but I like to be different and there is hardly anybody modding these cars, they make hardly anything aftermarket for them so I am limited in my choices. That being said here are some pics.

I installed some eibach springs on my car on sunday. It took me an my buddy 4 and 1/2 hours(well 1 hour and a half for the rears by my self because he forgot he was helping me out:pat:.)

I got it aligned the day after and the front camber is about -1.5 and the rear is -2.5. We will see if I need more once I get some staggered wheels.

I also have some exhaust tips and new magnaflow muffler to go on in the spring as well as a few interior mods in mind for the winter months.

I am planning on getting this front lip as well as a staggered set of wheels once I sell my 20's.(anyone looking for a set of cheap wheels hit me up for some pics)

I will be updating as I do things. Let me know what you think and give me some ideas.

This lip and these wheels just in a staggered fitment. probably 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 to start out with. Maybe bigger and wider in the future

yeah they only make one kit for the aura. I thing H&R is the only other kit and it was even less of a drop. It dropped it 1.7 in the rear and 1.3 up front. It has settled a lil bit more too. Those pics were taken minutes after putting the car on the ground. Overall I'm happy with it. I think once I get the wheels on it will look lower. I'm riding on stock 18's for the winter.
