Weds Kranze Rapiers on an LS?

Hey everyone, I was messing around with photoshop and wanted to see what it looked like so I through some Weds Kranze Rapiers on an LS that basically looks like mine. The photoshopping is not the best but just tell me what ya think of the combo. Is there potential there? Thanks.

Yea, the wheels are only 19x8.5 +40 MID, 19x8.5 +28 SLo. But they're only gonna run me $1000 w/ tires. Soooo, I think it wouldn't be too bad of a deal. Only thing is, I gotta see if the fronts will fit my brakes. lol. If not, then i'm just gonna get the wheels I used to have on my 98 LS. "work euroline type N"

wow $1000 seems steep... yahoo japan is where it is at for used wheels... i have some ray victrix 18x9 +25, 18x10 +27 (look like eurolines but not as played out) on their way, auction was like 25,000yen and my final cost was $650CAN

those wheels would look nice on those cars, and yea they will fit brakes if its that same model...  the fat face would look nice on the long body...

Hmm if I could find some 19s' from those auctions for under 1k that would be awesome. :)

Personally 7 out of 10 ..i am sure you can find better looking rim for LS ..but if the price is right the hell yea ..:biggthumpup:

hmm... well the way we do it is container shipments... but you literally just missed the boat :hsughmamoru:

for my wheels it was 25,000yen for shipping to the container... then $100 on top of that or something

i could give you the guy's info but i am not sure when he is doing another container so you would probably be better off finding someone that can bid over there and ship them to you

These are my old wheels I got through Yokota (Grant) and were on my KA9.

Lol, I knew they were your wheels. I met you at GG. I had a black UCF10. But now I have a gray UCF20. And may buy those wheels, gotta see if they fit the front brakes though. Do you think they will?

Ah that's right!  Nice pick up.  

The brake clearance is actually pretty big on the Rapier MID disc.  I think it would clear if they are simliar size to SC400 brakes.   I don't think they would clear LS430 or Supra TT brakes.

yea they are, but we'll see. I'm eyeing some Work Euroline Type N wheels. Same kind I had on my last LS. I miss them. :( lol
