I don't know much about valves and fittings...

Ok well the car is in the shop right now. I want to tell my shop to take the valves on the tank and run them on the outside. What kind of fittings and tubing will I need to run them on the outside ?? Or where can I find that stuff at?

depends on the size line you want
1/4 is kind slow, but not too bad
3/8 is pretty quick. from down to up in less than a second
1/2 is stupid fast and unusable daily (cant do fine tune adjustments)
 
once you choose that, you can get line on ebay, and then get the fittings to match the line.
but then you need to know how many fittings you need, and if you need any angle fittings as well

I guess my next question is why do my cupS air up unevenly ?? Does have something to do with how the lines are being ran ???

nope, tons of factors
my bags inflate unevenly. weight distribution, shocks, other stuff has to do with it. valve opening speed, time,how much
I mean, it COULD if a line was pinched, but i doubt it

Are the lenght of the lines equal? this can cause the car to raise unevenly.  As for the lines and fittings, if you can get a hold of the DOT approved ones they are probably a little bit safer.   they usually cost more also but can safe you some headache in the future.
