Fender cutters in so cal?

Anybody in the So Cal area that has the capability of cutting the inner part of the quarter panel? Trying to seek some alternatives. Rather than adding another degree of camber I'd rather see if I can cut the inner part of the fender to get more of a pull...basically, it looks like this: |/

The | part would be the body of the vehicle and the / is the inner part where it curves...I've hammered it out as much as possible, but I need more room. Only way to get more of a pull out of my fenders is to cut the inner part and then re-weld or whatever the process is....

But basically just looking for someone that has the tools and ability to cut the inner part.

How much would Status charge?

If I were to do myself...how difficult would the task be? My friend said his neighbor has everything to weld at his house so the welding part, not too worried about...just wondering if I'm in over my head trying to cut the fenders myself.
