For daily driving in a city, what would you go with??
Would you go with Air???
or Coilovers???
and why
The roads where i live at SUCK, and ive already had a slammed car.
I do like to carry passnegers in my car tho, i did buy the GS for a reason, its not a two seater, and i see a bunch of you guys slammed
So i was also wondering how is it when you have a full car?? or 4 people in the car??? or hell even 3 people in the car???

if roads really suck then go air.
at where I live road suck a bit. I drove with coils and never had big problems, even with 4 people onbord. But now I go air because I really like to be parked bumpers on the ground. So its up to you!!
real VIP go slammed no matter what kind of road:dance:

u can drive dumped in the city with rough roads. just be prepared to scrape a lot and break stuff. i dont really ride with a lot of people in the car but my coils are madd stiff so it does not matter

Mine is daily driven on air through the city....
I would say coils is better if ur tryna ride as low as possible. You need a suspension that is stiff and and air is not. The weather and every little bit of weight can change ur height a few PSI or so. I guess though if you have a bunch of people in the whip you can always raise it w/ a flip of a switch :) Coils is a more consistant height option. Air is nice because it allows easy height control to get around places and is soft, so you can get that stock/luxury/cadilac ride but if ur tryna ride low/slammed than this is bad cause u don't want ur car bouncing up and down or hitting anything. The less body movement the better.....
Besides you tend to get lazy w/ air. I've had it for years now and I still drive the car like it's on coils (hardly ever using the air, only to dump when parked). I still angle in and out of parking lots and drive ways and still refuse to go anywhere where I have to use it.....sounds crazy but that's me!
Of course you can always go air+coil setup! That's what I'm aiming for!

*ditto^
for"
super slammed- coils - rides isnt so nice on your kidneys.
still slammed-air-ride is good and its speedbump friendly :)
ive never done a bag or coil set-up and im thinking about doin it to this project so I dont know how the ride on that would be.
and american roads are crappy regardless.
:)

Oscars spot on, with the compromise made when doing one or the other...coils ride lower and air is adjustable but not for riding low. Aircup sounds like a compromise! and as far as REAL VIPS are concerned (with respect to maybach and anything else of that range) i can care less..

on air, ride slammed. i dont even dump it when parked anymore. if i do its just the front, cuz i ride tucking the rear.
im lazy and hate hitting switches

cups are stupid
they cost almost as much as a full UAS system, and you still haveto have coils
UAS/Coils everyday
i have Bold world and it sucks a big fat one

^ i always see cups as a pretty good option. i mean i would like them if i had the cash. cause i want to ride low and stiff and pretty much 'static', and when you are stiff enough on coils you can get around okay. but if i put on a kit i'd just be that bit too low to do some shit like ramps at work etc. So cups could mean i could get up there but not worry the rest of the time and still roll low and hard which i prefer. and no need to worry about leaks or whatever (would still suck but least you could get around okay, maybe raise your coils til you fix the air)
i do agree on cost though, it seems a bit odd to buy cups for the price of basically a full on air system :P
