Can I go down further?

My suspension setup is UAS over TEIN CS. The car has never gone all the way down in front like I have seen with others who have air ride systems. The coilovers are cranked so that they would allow the front to go all the way down but it does not. They are going to look at it while it is in the shop but I figured I would ask on here because you a probably more familiar with these setups. Could it be the control arms not allowing it to happen? If so how can this be adjusted. It only needs to allow the car to go down about 1 more inch in the front. Any help would be appreciated.

most people cut a hole on the strut tower so that the uca ball joint doesn't hit

Thanks for the responses guys. I have seen posts about RCAs on CL but never knew what they were. How much labor is involved with this mod? Any drawbacks?

no drawbacks, labor is really easy just unbolt the Lower ball joint and install :)

Something doesnt look right Automan, my car on KYBs with UAS goes down much lower in the front. I can tuck the full tire and it rests right at the rim. I am doing an install on a GS with Tein CS and will post results for you next week.

I dont know much about air suspension but I do know that the Honda guys just cut the chassis to make room for the control arms.

I think thats because you have moddified uas brackets Vlad. You think its because Tein CS doesnt get low? Remember everyone used to complain about not being able to tuck in the front, I wonder if its the same case with the bags

If the bags were rubbing I would have known already because I would have been on the side of the road for sure.

Wouldn't make sense Rob, the reason why the CS couldnt go down low is due to the spring length. The Bag is much shorter and should allow the front end to come down much lower. I believe that your front end comes down lower than Elite's even though you have the stock top hats.
