Your S/O cockblocking you?... from your car?

Anyones gf/wife ever get mad or upset when you get new parts?

Mine doesnt get mad she just cant justify me spending the $ that i do on the car. When i got new wheels she said "You already have wheels! WHY do you need new ones?!"

I spend too much on my car, and my GF spends too much on her car, so we have a different problem, its called being broke :'(

She doesn't mind my toy collection as long as it is neatly displayed. She has no problem with car parts as long as the rent is paid every month.

When I met my gf she actually thought I was a lil crazy she'd never met a car guy so she couldnt understand it for a while but shes cool now and as long as shes taken :coolsmiley: care of she doesnt bother me about my spending on my car.

My S/O dosen't really car so ling she doesn't have to pay for it.. She gets into it sometimes but my daughters know a whole lot more about cars than she does..My girlsl actually advise me on what to get sometimes.. :)

when I date girls, one of the first rules I lay flat out on the table is that you gotta acknowledge that I like modifying cars...so don't complain if I spend too much on the car.

I can imagine how they feel though, we do the exact same thing to them...

same goes for shoes, jeans, shirts, skirts, jewelry, accessories, etc...

for me, my girl wants to move out, so everything i get, i get the whole "this won't affect us moving out, will it??"......she doesn't really get mad when i get parts, but shes no where near as excited as i am when i get them either.....all you have to do is point to your leg and say "see these??  PANTS!!!!"   ;D

as long as i fix up my gfs car with my money, i can do anything to mine..as long as its my money..then when im broke and deals come up..she tortures and teases me with her money...arrrgghhh...she likes it when i beg and ::) i beg alot. hahahahaha....

i wouldnt buy my ex a pair of true religion jeans but the next day i bought some brides for my wrx. lol.
she brought that up almost weekly for a yr.

my new gf is pretty supportive. ive spent about $10k in 3-4 months and she hasnt said a peep. she thinks im a drug dealer bc i have all this flow coming in when i wasnt working but thats what high interest cds give you. haha.
