My "commuter" miata

Picked the Silver Jelly Bean up a month ago and heres are a quick teaser of what I did this weekend. It's not done yet, but hopefully will be in a day or two.

It's funny but I never respected miatas the way I do now. I use to see these on the road (stock) and say look at that little POS chick car that car aint Sh** but after seeing what can be done to these sleeper beast, I have a new found respect for them! The wheels are 15x10 +0 on 205/50/15 Falken ZIEX 512's.

I'll post up side shots of the car when it's done and let you guys guess the wheels. Winner gets a :yahoo_6:

Front still needs a bit more camber and I need to lower it as well.

I'll put up side shots when I get the car back from alignment tomorrow. We finally got the car to stop rubbing (so much). Hopefully the alignment shop can help me dial in some more camber.

miata are sick little cars. 
use to think they were very homo stock and what not after riding and drivin one at the track and keepin up with a porsche around the turns I was shockd. ( still got beat)

Yeah, 10's all around. They look nice. 

The car was driving around fine with just a little rubbing on big bumps and a little on turning, go the alignment done, and now it rubs more....EFFUUUUuuu

I'll have to wait til my friend brings the car back to see whats rubbing now. But here are the suspension settings which made me go =)

How I left it last night: -3.7F/-5.7R
After alignment: -5F/-6.5R

Any plans for an Exhaust System?

Miatas look 10x better with hard tops.

Thanks Shane. I'd like to put an exhaust on it, but honestly, a factor 1.6L isnt gonna sound all that great. Plus I'm cheap, I tend to put straight pipes on my car, but it'll just sound annoying. 

Tabaka, hardtops are great...but it's starting to get warm, so the top is coming off soon ;)

Yep, just stock. 

I kind of owned myself by not rolling the fenders more aggressively in the front before putting on the coilovers. I need to flare them more but the coilovers make it so I can't fit the fender roller in there...any suggestions?
