I been lurking on this site for quite a while now and have not really posted anything or comment much but i figure it is time to post some pics of my journey.

f**k...this is now my fav tl next to rodneys. whats the specs on the rims? 
edit**is it me or dose anyone eles think that the tl when slammed is in need of some serious radiuse ness. Like half the rim gets lost in those fenders

thanks guys and i agree to that some radius to the rears is what it needs.  That is next on the list with body mods.

First when i saw your car on the VS-XX's, my first reaction "oh sh!t!"

Second reaction when i saw the Kranze, my jaw just dropped.

I agree, the back wheel doesnt look that great tucked up in there. But all in all, the car is freaking dope as hell. Very nice man.

I'm sorry that execution on the rear fitment was horrible.....fronts on point..Good choice of wheels though.

overall pure sexy.. but the tucking of the rear wheel doesn't look to nice. the front looks flush and very impressive. its the rear that doesn't sit on me too good. 

but overall i guess you know what you like and what  you are trying to accomplish.. so :thumbsup: buddy

Thanks everyone for all the complements i will be having the rears redone as well as a lot of other customs pieces that will be done along with the rears.  So this is just a first time go around.  Hopefully next time i post it will be a drastic change.

the rear looks like garbage...  front came out great though...

clean as they come . now all it needs is a fine girl sitting on your hood

thanks guys for all the comments.  here is a little update with adding radius to the rear.  I wish the rear fender was more equal and didnt have a gap near the rear doors.  I guess that is just how the car was designed.  Anyways onto the pics.

Yeah the shop owner really wants to do all the work on my car after i was asking for price quotes on all the ideas i want to do.  So this is the first part of many more things that will be going on.

ohh yea after what we were talking about, theres gonna 3 real big TL's in the states soon.  haha the way my funds are going, youre gonna be all done before me :P

I really need to make a decision on whether i want to persue the ideas we were throwing around or jump into a true platform  car and spend all my money on that.  The wifey is beginning to fall in love with the M45 after i told her it is automatic :pat:

I can't believe how low they designed the rear quarter on the TL.  And I thought the F50 was bad!

:werd: it makes it really hard to pull the wheels out closer to the radius of the fender cause the wheel gets caught up on the metal closest to the bumper and leaves a small gap near the rear door.

The radius is coming along nicely but i will still need to do some slight camber adjustments.

THey put the bondo on too thick from the previous pull.  It would of eventually cracked anyway.

It looks great with the radius.  Can't wait to see it done, I'm liking it a whole lot more all ready

Thanks Agi.  That was something i brought up with them this time around was to not put so much body fill  and I still want them to keep the body lines.

looks 10x better!  and i can clearly see what you mean with the caster with those new pics..  might need to create some custom arms if you keep it long enough

i already have an idea on how to shorten the arms.  I was thinking of cutting the tubes of the camber kits and re threading them that way i can pull the wheel in closer to prevent the wheel from hitting the rear fender.

looks good. also not feelin the way the rear was. but when your finished w/ the bodwork, its gonna be pure sex:) g/g sir.

I know the rears can probably roll like that.  But the fronts are sitting on the fenders, so i know it cant.

Thanks Alan.  I will get more pix up soon i have a few more things to do.  Right now the car is at the alignment shop getting the alignment done.  I needed to have the camber arms cut so that i can sit more flush to the fender and not on the fender.

Ryan at Techone did the custom work the first time and this time around too.  Only complaint i have about the shop is his time estimate of how long it should take.  I was quoted 2 weeks to re do the rears but it took 1 month.  That is the only bad thing everything else is great.

Thanks.  Im am very happy with what i was able to do with a non vip platform car.  It just requires more money since things have to be custom.

those rear fenders don't look functional. If your wheels were flush, it looks like it would hit the fenders under compression. do you have any of those problems?

Other than that the car is really clean, love the vishunu

still not liking the rear fenders but i guess spacers are needed.  the car is hot though.

Rear fenders were a lil overdone but I'm sure spacers can correct that problem, otherwise I like it wheels look awesome on the car
