First IS-C in Nation Slammed on Air

Newbie here to VSC.com but im regularly on other forums. I wanted to introduce my car to everyone else out there besides the lexus family i.e. clublexus/my.is. 

Introducing the first vert in the nation bagged on AirRunners. kit will be in production soon. Hate or Love it, i like all types of comments. Enjoy

Working on Hyper Blacking the chrome along with the wheels. Contacting every vendor out there for a lip kit and looking for a sick wheel package. thanks for looking. :biggthumpup:

thanks for the compliments. forgot to mention that i got rid of the stock wheels and slapped on Genesis track package wheels.

Thank you for the compliments. Since no one out there is offering lip kits for my car, I might scoop a kit for the sedans and custom fit one.  

Trunk space with the top up is enormous, but with it down I could only fit two easy up chairs. :pat: thats ok though, i got a back seat :biggthumpup:

Gotta say, stock these things are ugly as hell (the window line is entirely too high), but slammed like that they look HOT!

I was never too crazy the way the IS-C looked but seeing yours gotta admit it looks pretty damn good.. I'll be throwing my SC430 on air shortly.. Just waiting on my manifold..

i agree, the is-c has weird lines. your car slammed looks good though. some aero will def. set it off. those photoshoot photos look great

looks a LOT better than i would have expected given the looks of a stock is-c.  i really dig it.  i do think, however, that in the end you will need to radius that rear fender when you get wheels...just dont look right tucking tire with how low that trunk sits.  id recommend looking to some VIP new gen sc's for inspiration.  Job Design made a nice red one.

I hear you guys when you say "stock" looks disturbing when compared to the other VIP's. It definitely does need some work from factory. I see all the BMW's & Infiniti's  coming out of factory with nice stances. why doesnt lexus come that way? o well, I love the car and the new look. I've got more in store and cant wait to get more parts. Thnx for the compliments everyone.

Good lookin out and i agree, i got a homie that works at a body shop and im going to shave and pull the fenders. Going to eliminate the fender lines so i can fit some phat wheels. 

I seen the black SC job design built. got a link to that Red one?

my mistake...it must have been something other than jobdesign and now i  cant think of the brand!

Very nice , gave the car a whole new look. I would have wrapped that trunk though , It's gotta be loud with the compressor running.

Update to Lip Kits:

Here are the companies that i have contacted about any lip/kit. 

Five-Axis
Wald

TRD built IS350C
0-60 built IS350C

I got only one response from Wald, they mentioned that there is not a  high enough demand to go forward with a vert program. that sucks! I  should see if they want to make a one off set? i doubt it though. [IMG]http://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/Peace.gif[/IMG]

Looks good mate, I am just curious about your lift, can you post a picture showing how much lift you can get?
How does it handle with the kit?

SOT03Y heres the full up, kit handles great granted i dont mob everywhere i go and take ridiculous turns. I feel that the kit is better than stock.

I found that with my air kit as well, handled much better then stock! Looks like you get a good amount of lift in this kit as well, which I believe is just as important as how low it goes.
Do you happen to have a picture of drive height? Sorry for the pic requests, I am just trying to compare with mine.

Nope, I am not running airrunner, I am running a full custom kit from [url]www.tubularsuspensionsystems.com[/url] which is located in Australia, very good quality.

As far as i know, there is one company that is offering a lip kit for the car (BRANEW) and I dont like the kit. Vertex has mentioned that it will be some months before they can test fit their kit on the car. 

Few things are interchangeable between the sedans and the vert so their are some options there. but for the most part, I am limited to what i can purchase, unless i become the FIRST to try it like with the AirRunner kit here.

well, I would like to get a lip kit but that is out of the question. Rear camber kit is here, so ill install it this weekend. Along with that backlit door handles inside and out with LEDs. Flat black the grill, and start planning the trunk work. Think im going to redo the trunk to black instead of the beige, Dynomat the trunk along with a plexi (LED Lit) cover for the tire well to show off the tank and maybe a sub install. 

Ive got ideas for days, but i want to keep everything as clean as possible, simple but tasteful. Along with that, I need a little more cash flow to get it going. :shrug:

gonna go out of the box on a fairly cheaper mod.... heres a chop of what is probably going to happen. its something different although ive seen it on a 4door in Dubai.
