this is the sickest thing i've seen in a while. looks like there's more. this is '09 btw, before most s**t went too far.

And from what I've notice alot of the cars aren't that much different this year, w/ only minor changes or are finally finshed....doep none the less

word... i seen the track footage but the roll in is new to me.

Thats too much gangsterness pulling into one place.

This might happen on the east coast or west caost  on a smaller scale .. but  in order to do this  we need to have a VIPSTYLECARS  meet every 2 years   for all North america ... some where in the mid US .. ....:biggthumpup:

This is what I'm trying to do with BLACK but it will take time and dedicated enthusiasts to make it happen.  These Japanese VIP car shows are crazy and just 1/4th of it would be insane if it were to happen in the states

that first vid gives me so much motivation...been watching it over and over for about a week now, i would have went bezerk if i was there in person:cool2:

I think Dallas would be a great central location to do this.  Texas Motor Speedway would be the venue to hold it at.

it helps that japan is like a third of the size of texas, commuting to meets in other cities is a few hours drive, as opposed to people driving over a thousand miles to anywhere central in the states. i think you did great for the first of it's kind.

The most underlooked thing about what they do out there is that most of those owners have their own shops/bays and and the resources to do all their own work, paint, body, tires, etc. So it's really nuthin to add TVs, do suspension fixes for riding on the ground & random paint jobs
 
+ parts being much cheaper.
 
So yes, they go hard w/ it but I think the US is doing very well w/ what we have to work w/

That's just nuts... I keep asking myself why I don't live in Japan... Japanese girls, amazing cars, Tokyo is the shit, the rest of Japan is beautiful, riding trains is awesome, fuckin good food everywhere, omfg...

can happen, we just have to organize our efforts

east meets west meet and all in between 10 of the best cars represented from each crew - no half steeping - rotate location ieach year so the is no hassle over distance and time - fundraising for shipping of cars and travel for crews that have to go a distance - prioritize based off contribution and distance - a lot of this can be organized internally to help lift  some of the burden vice every man for himself

At 1:55, the black y33 with gold lipped LXZs, does anyone have info on that car? Ive seen it in mags here and there, but never a full feature. Was it ever featured with more pics?

Dominik said this year, they are allowing Vans/K-Cars in the K-Break King of Sedan festival for the first time ever.  I am guessing that is going to be the event that most of the big dogs in the van movement will be at since its such an epic event.  Its in September (not sure the exact date)
