where is the best place to buy tires in SD, that can match or beat discount tire and with road hazard warranty with tires installed?

And would you let Joe's tire mount your wheels or you would just buy tires from them and have them mounted and balanced somewhere else?

has anyone running a staggered fitment ever went with to different brands of tires? One brand in the front and another in the rear. I mean if the tires in the front gonna wear out fast wouldn't you want the lest costly tire in the front.
