or at least found something about an inch wider. more lip and those would look alot better.

So this is what your car looks like honestly.

Looks like a set of wheels you can get from any rent a rim shop in size 18 because you couldnt opt for 20s. Are they chrome or polish? I cant really tell. The inner lip looks black.

Pls dont misunderstand me im not directly hating on your car but i think it could be better with different wheels. Here in houston that would make the DUB guys sad.

EXACTLY.

Not to knock your ride or anything... but that's something I see 5+ times a day... a early 90's car (wether it be a Legend, RL, Accord, LS, Camry, Geo, Malibu, Buick, WHATEVER) with cheap, poorly fitting wheels... with at least one center cap missing.

You're going to need to either get some good fitting full face wheels or try and get some aggressive fitting wheels with a good lip to give your car a decent stance... as it is, it's nothing spectacular...

but its jdm! you should also wash your car before you take pictures....nice body damage on the rear passenger door by the way!

You get better resonces...I just dont like these cars to much..I dont like the fact that it is so hard 
to run dish style wheels with fat lips..I do agree with a more full faced wheel would be a lot better..
oh well live and learn right.

don't lose heart! things can be done with the platform... just gotta be creative (and have enough money for extreme body/suspension work)

IMHO, the old rims should go back onto the car...as boring as they might be, they are still better looking than these. I think the car is washed...it's just fairly beat up as far as scratches go, etc. The yellow turn signals color should be redone...you can get a tint shop to do a special film in straight up orange color, if that's what you're going after. But it will look 10x better if you leave the headlights with their original color. Also if I remember correctly, you got some suspension for the car...if you can, try lowering it some more...the stance alone will make the car look better. By painting te lower lip on the front bumper wil make the car look lower. Also while you're at it, just repaint the whole bumper to get rid of those nasty scratches on the drivers side.

The old wheels were way better.

it's not a silvia...its a 240sx haha. those wheels....they look too DUB style, especially with the 'fake' lip on it. 

Good example to buying wheels for a for a brand name? and not thinking about the overall affect? Hmmmmm kinda like when showcar guys buy weak fitting volks and they say, "hey they are volks" .. but don't get why their car looks like doo doo.

Yes sir they are.  The car will be lowered more later. Thats just the first time the car was back on the ground after the coils, 5lug swap, poly bushings, etc. were put on.

I think they look pretty good on that incredibly sexy 240SX.
