Yea. Well i know the 2jz puts out a lot of torque and has a lot of potential, but just wondering isn't having a newer modern engine better?

I'd rather have a v8....and an LS6 would make more sense...cheaper to mod and lots of potential.
any american v8 is cheaper to mod. that's a given. hell anything with a v8 in this country is easy to mod period. this is the u. s. effin a. but i'm a toyota lover all day. so seing this warms my heart and also with how factory they made it look. I'd definitely do it to a 3GS if i was an air traffic controller already. but for now i'll stick with my 3SG camry.lol
