depends on what your goals are. if you're trying to make big power, there's not exactly a large aftermarket, short of intake headers and exhaust for the 2GR motor.
but honestly, if you want a gs with a 2jz, just stick with a 2GS.

I'd rather have a v8....and an LS6 would make more sense...cheaper to mod and lots of potential.

any american v8 is cheaper to mod. that's a given. hell anything with a v8 in this country is easy to mod period. this is the u. s. effin a.
but i'm a toyota lover all day. so seing this warms my heart and also with how factory they made it look. I'd definitely do it to a 3GS if i was an air traffic controller already. but for now i'll stick with my 3SG camry.lol

it is not a 2jz... but it will be easier to drop the 2j in compared to the 350's, 430's, 460s...etc
