Not to stir the pot, but someone had asked about these guys on another forum and I felt like I'd be doing dude an injustice if I heldmy mud. So I stated thet I had heard mixd things about these guys and linked the OP to a few threads he so he could make an educated decision for himself.

I'd say go with the gut and don't trust the guy....he's been known to always have a shady business partner who was the one who scammed everybody, not him, never. He's always quick to say you are slandering and he's going to sue for litigation and really quick to go on the defensive. Unless you can see the wheels in person, and pay cash, I'd not buy from this particular company, only because of what has happened in the past.

heres the deal i saw pics of the wheels before shipping and there were no bends so the bends must have happened during shipping.i was too quick to make accusations 



 roo personally handled myclaim,and is on the verge of refundin the repair fee's even  though it was the shipping company's fault, resulting in me having near  new wheels. 
 

still waiting on th refund, its been a bit of a headache but once sorted out they are not to bad i guess roo's changed his ways.

What is the BS? What is story? All factual information. Only one previous partner, not many, not excuses. Roo could not have sue if accusations are true but they are not. Roo have not "changed" he just rid of Timothy Passilas, the source of all the complaints. He never change because he is not shady, just too trusting and get burned like others by Timothy Pasillas. Maybe you don't know be Roo spend much personal cash to remedy problems from Timothy Pasillas. Timothy Pasillas very good talker and liar to make Roo look bad but facts explain different than he claims.

From poster of this thread, attack so fast while company is still assessing situation, to others talking about Roo when they have not follow any accusation until end to see he wasn't responsible for the problem. Unfortunately this set of wheels damaged during shipping. We showed pictures to proof. This poster already refunded cost for repairs and then some. Why so quick to make hate post but doesn't follow up to show resolution, I donot know. 

In Japan, to make accusation like this and no followup is very disrespect and make people feel you are not a good person.

lol i bought calvin's canover air suspension which he got from roo. 2 had holes and didn't air up at all, the other 2 had leaks and needed to be rebuilt. it sucks that he got taken for thousands of dollars. i lost a couple grand just on that suspension fiasco.

roo's deals left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths and thats really all that needs to be said about it. its doubtful he will regain any sort of respect on this forum, no matter what his new associates say.

So I took the chance and bought some Bersaglio Crystal lug nuts from them, although skeptical but once I was shown a picture of it I took the risk. I paid $220 for what I was told were new lug nuts with locks. They were clearly not now, they were used because they were a little scratched up. Plus I received no locks. I'm glad I got them, and I received them quick. But charging retail price of a new product for something used is kinda messed up. I brought to attention this matter and the response I got was whack. I was hoping for some sort of reimbursement but instead I got a sorry, we thought it came with locks. Gee thanks. Also didn't like how they were trying to get me to pay for them as fast as possible because several people wanted them. I kind of doubt that. I mean, how many people are really looking for crystal lug nuts the same time I am. I probably wouldn't do another transaction with them in the future.

Lol. Well, here's the situation with my phone. The lens has a scratch so I thought I'd be smart and use a 3M restoration kit on it like I did with my headlights. Turns out that just makes it all blurry. Although I did get some rolling shots while I was testing out an exhaust setup. Too fast to see the crystals though.

The only way to shut him out of the industry for good is to just keep repeating the bad that has been done.

To the friend that is hell bent on being the defending crusader, we don't even know if it is the man of the hour himself posting as another alias trying to relieve pressure.  He has been known to pile lie ontop of lie to hold up scams.  I have records of bold faced lies that he's told me in PM over at Club Lexus just to keep his charade going by the day.

Not certain this is a running scam operation? Others and myself are living proof.

I was given the same run around that all of you and others have been given, he is using the same tricks on different people.  When the heat is on, he'll lay low and make up stories.  When everything cools down, he'll start a new company and build more trust and scam more people.  When I put him on blast on the internet, he came back like a professional magician/the master of illusions-trying to deter the attention away from himself and his wrong doings.

If he ever tries to attack you with lawsuits, threats and/or personal attacks, don't worry, the bark has no bite.  There is more on this guy on the internet alone than he'll ever have on all of us combined.

It is all too familiar, I lost thousands to this guy but I do plan to get it back someday.

I was going to post details but decided to start a new thread specifically for him. 

He sold me some wheels in "good condition with minor scratches and will clear BBK". I got the wheels and there are minor scratches AND 1 wheel curbed all the way around and the wheels do not clear bbk.
