AUX jack on 03 M45

i been looking for an answer but maybe im not looking for it right
but is there anyway to make my SAT button turn into a aux jack, im never gonna get sat, so i want to make it into aux jack insted so i can bump my own music, help please

that's ghetto man. ghetto rigging unseen things is one thing.... ghetto rigging the interior is a big no no. even if you tuck the line, it's still crappy quality and there's a lot of white noise.

y34 and f50 have similar systems.  you can get an aux in but you will have to lose your cd changer.  infiniti thought it would be a bright idea to make the tape deck the master unit so it has to stay in the car.  only other way to keep your changer requires wiring up about 14 relays if i'm not mistaken cause it's been a while since i've done one requiring to keep both.  but yeah if you don't mind losing your changer it's an easy job.  on the bright side the module will treat your ipod as if it was a changer so files would be like discs.

So how would I do that ?I don't mind losing my cd changer, I have an aux jack in my other car and I never use cds, but if there's a way you can guide me or give me instructions id really appriciate it.

is your changer under the ac controls or is it in the glove box?

Any update on the cd changer delete. I'm so willing to lose my cd player for an aux.

i actually looked for the axxess/metra converters, found alot on ebay, but since i dont really know about audio i dont know what the right product would be

axxess/metra only makes 2 versions for nissan/infiniti.  you gotta look at the back of your unit to see what version you will need.  when you pull the unit it will the connector on left side if you're looking at it straight on.  just as a warning do not unplug anything with the keys in or it will throw your air bag light and it's a pain to reset it if you don't want to pay the dealer $200.

it's not listed but it's works.  that's why i said you gotta see which plug you have to see what version works.  they pulled the car off the list cause most people didn't wanna lose the factory changer.  the harness in that pic isn't the one need but just posted that up so you can see what the module looks like.
