Don't really know what to say.... Big Ups to AutoFashion (Hell of a group of nice guys.. Thanks Freddie!) for  coming through... Group A Wheels in Chandler AZ.. Wow! with 2 posts don't be so critical... I have been here since the start of '06, sitting on and collecting parts, which none of are very cheap, and some worth more than the platform itself (I know I know, why?, because it "[U][I][B]to me[/B][/I][/U]" is a work of art, as is each persons car on this site). If you take a look, just this week, after 31/2 yrs, I have just made a build thread... I would not have if I did not intend for things to move pretty fast.... Thanks, I Love these wheels... took forever to make the final decision on them...

Can't wait to see more pics of the build.  Congrats on finally landing the kit & wheels you want.

i think you missed the fact that this is his build thread. as in, when he progress he updates the thread. this thread is TWO DAYS OLD. might wanna be a little more patient. a build thread is not something you post everything all at once, thats a story thread (a story of a completed car). have more patience, im sure it will all come together.

Never heard that brand of tire before, from the sounds of the other forums they sound to be some good rubber.  Please definately post your experience with these rubbers.  Very interested.

Yeah, pretty much going for the same look, I photoshopped the Garsons and the tail lights onto the Ody in the picture... I also have the Garson grill and midwing, and an Anceltion bonnet spoiler... I have the tail lights pictured, but am looking to get a different set... and am working on crytalizing my headlights... I have already started collecting interior pieces, but have not gotten around to the main part, which are the seats... I'm going to post pics of everything here in a couple days right before I go to paint and install... the Ody just came back from my mechanic, had him do all the seals water pump pulleys tensioner timing belt.... blah blah blah.... Here's one pic for the time being...

My odyssey is the same color. are those 19s or 20s flat face wheels look huge

They are 20's... had a real issue with running 20's, really wanted 19's, but when placing the order, there was a set ready to go... I'm also surprised at how well they ride. The kit that I have is really big as well, will sit about three - four inches from the ground, maybe less

I have heard there is someone in Cali, I do not know what the name of the place is. Dip-Tech is great/ I know them well. He's one of the "Good Guy's". If I find out I will let chu know. Dip-Tech has been doing this for a long time and is considered one of the best and is very creative. Lets face its Your Group here has talent! Each of you have an artist within, Each has a different idea. Your cars are Aaaamazing! I would love to help you create your dream cars.

Lowvan & his Wife has inspired me to include a pair of matching high heels (stripper shoes woo hoo!)  for each kit that we do for the VIP group. LOL........ Kidding!!!

Well we are in the final stage of finishing Lowvans parts. They are looking pretty good I might add.
Still waiting on him to bring me the shoes so we can match them. I will shoot him some pics tonight.

Not yet, actually, the Ody was the victim of a hail storm, the pics wouldn't show the difference, I can say it's all straight now, and it's been primed.. going to be blocked this week the re primed.. just about ready for paint.. also going to get all the glass re tinted while it's all out... The shop is excited about this project and VIP, I asked the owner to take his time and get this right for me.... I'm no expert, but he's taken the time to keep me involved and explain each step of the process... I feel like I have a great group working for me, I'm trying not to lose my patience after all this time... (not with them, but my own patience..., Hell who wouldn't so close and so far..)

I can understand the frustration my friend. Its going well. I'm actually feeling very good about the way its turning out.

Not sure I would  call it art, its an extreme challenge thats for sure. Im VERY sure this project is going to be quite the sight! I just hope this part lives up to the rest of the work being done. 
 The match is hard because real wood changes colors in the light and has all kinds of  lights & darks within. So, to match that's tough enough. The tinting and multi prints add to the frustration.  :shrug:

Sorry, I was screwin around and put the wrong one on.  As you can see the flash creates a million different shades on the wheel. On some angles the center matches and on the other side it looks completely off... No flash you can hardly tell the difference. Take it out side in the sun & its a whole different look. Its going to be nice.

He beat me to it when you got these bad boys M.... don't go get crazy and dump' em off like they're played now that I have some, cuz you know, only vans rock these stateside=)..  who knew it would take me so long to get some. It's only because Ive been collecting all the parts, some stuff Ive had for 3-4 years.. the platform is cheap enough, that if I had an accident or something, it would be cheaper to replace the Ody than the parts, that's why I haven't really used anything.. I thought I would wait and do it all at once....

This thread makes me sad.  I traded my Ody in last Thursday.  On another note, I have seen multiple Fords with your color choice ever since you posted it.  Your van is looking beyond excellent.  Cannot wait to see the finished product.

The Cream color is final, just needs cut and buff.. looks far better than the pics..

Sorry, I started the tables and then ran short on Film. In any case I didnt like the way it came out and Im re-printing the tables tomorrow. I will clear and post a pic on Sat. Also going to match the door handles to the rims with some brushed Alum.

Ok I just have to say, those who know, know... Garson, all top notch. Seeing Garson Products online, and getting it in your hands.. it's two different experiences... Matching seat covers are waiting delivery...

Talk to Freddie, maybe you can add to the stress that this time of year brings for him.. the rest is slow motion for now, door jams and all are curing at the moment.. HIN is not till 12/12 here.. decided to do it lowrider style.. and let the paint cure as long as I can... (just not a year like the most baller of lowriders)

Promise me you will some how hide da tail pipe when your done. =)

Mine is all planned out,I know what I'm putting on it and I have begun buying parts already. As far as doing the work myself... I was thinking of trying it on my Del Slow... A man has to know his limits, and since I love the Ody's there was no way I was doing it myself and having a [B][I][U]less[/U][/I][/B] than half-assed result...

  I couldn't tell you< but it's for the v6 version of our Ody's.. so there would be no easy fit, the grill in the other Pic lookks like the Garson grill from their Geraid series though...

Cool site, but it seems like most of these sites cater to the late and new model Odyssey(RA & RB series). I haven't been able to find much on the RL1 series(which I have).Any help you guys can lend to a fellow Ody owner would be gravy=). I have been on Yahoo Japan and Up Garage and can't seem to navigate myself thru it or understand half the writing on it(I have Google translate).

I would love to give more updates, but the ride is at a stand still at the moment.... I can say they just went over the entire body again and clean the tiniest of imperfections.. but that's about it.... the wait continues..... oh, had my glass tinted out of the car, I'm not happy with the color, so they will be re tinted this week.... also, just ordered puddle lights, so hopefully I can have them fitted before the side skirts are painted...

makes me wanna stunt an odyssey. i just went over all 13 pages.  gr8 ride, can't wait for more updates.

The Table installs are beginning... using the whole seat back so that the top pieces can be used as well... mounting the backs underneath the seat covers so the tables can mount to original hardware....

The seat backs will be beneath the covers, and the hardware will be mounted through the covers so you don't actually see the backs....

Ok, one of the middle row seats is nearly finished, it came out very nice, the finishing touches have to be added...... I am very pleased with the way the rear table turned out.... again, the work is not complete, the main focus is the mounting of the tables with the seat back, behind the seat cover...

I did like the idea of the padding, I think if there was less padding and maybe following the curves of the door more... It still would work. Possibly using closed cell foam padding and some welting it still would work. Re-think it. Your idea is good.

Word, the wheel gap is a good bit less than the ground clearance with the kit [from the pics].

wow...missed this thread...loving the interior.  I need help understanding things because I'm thinking about getting an odyssey for the wife.  I noticed yours doesn't have a sliding door...explain.  What year is your van?  everything that you've done is DOPE.  Help a newb to the van scene.

his  van are like the first gen. last till 1998 then the sliding door started in 1999 models and up..=)

ahhh I see...I know the new ones in Japan don't have sliding doors either.

You can also look for an Isuzu Oasis which is a re badged odyssey. They were on th emarket till 99 and may have a slightly higher value.. I'd check that though.....

Its really only the passanger light that is that way, and even before the body kit and no matter what head lights he tried out, none would sit flush. Shhit is still hot as hell.

Not too much going on guys... have a home I'm working on mainly.. I picked up front and rear sway bars which I didn't know existed.. (arc pipe stabilizer bars out of japan).  Also have some more underbody support from ultra racing out of Malaysia.. check them out, seems they have something for almost every platform... Future plans include a cup kit, and depending on cost, some one off coil-overs from PBM.. I need to poll some of the guys here though to get final impressions of the PBM setups now that they have been running them for a while..
