wheels are measured from bead to bead, not the outside of the lip.

now first off i wanna say daaaamn those are nice and glws.

also are you sure of the model? cuz as far as i know the model you listed looks like this,

gartmaier was a line by srr, not a model.

*edit - i see... adding for outside of lip measurment. didn't realize you had to do that since i never calculated specs from backspacing before. judging by the pics i'd still say my specs were closer to actual, doesn't look like 14" wide according to tape measure.
