hey whats up gang i just noticed they posted up the info about wekfest III 2011. anyone showing?? it also says its no longer in the underground parking in japantown... somewhere closer to fishermans wharf. im gonna debut my ls400 at this show so hopefully i meet alot of you guys there.

I usually go to Fort Mason on Fridays for "Off the Grid" and it seems to be dumped car friendly.  I'll go drive there sometime this week and check it out again.

Still a bit early to tell on how we will handle it.  I would like to finally have a large VSC showing so I will plan it out.  We will keep everyone posted

i was planning to roll up the truck this year personally, but we have the accord wagon, cube, and the cc from la, and a miata from sactown who was gonna roll with me and a couple xbs outta sd who were down to rollup..but we havent got anyting back.

My car is looking to be out of the bodyshop the day before wekfest, and thus i wont have time to tinker with alignment and suspension.  therefor, im towing the car to wekfest....my roommate that is going to tow my truck will have to be my free guest, and im looking to get my girlfriend in as well.  anyone who can help, please let me know asap..itd be greatly appreciated!

I know sucks, tore it apart sunday hoping to work on it during the week but got tied up working on customers car so I gave it the back burner.. As of today, the car is in pieces and I know for sure it cant be done on time unless I half ass everything... I rather come correct or not at all.... I don't have any coverage other than the VSC cars. I found it tough to leave the car now that I leave it open and on for the trunk setup. I love my new trunk setup but damn it takes time to get all plugged in

I'm freaking tired.  Long week, long day.  We had a great lineup.  I'm sorry that I couldn't fit everyone where we were parked but I'm thankful we were able to fit some. There were quite a few other VIP cars that were out there. I'm sorry I didn't get to you

One thing that I was extremely happy about is that OJAY won 3rd place Japanese car of the festival. Which is basically 3rd best Japanese car overall.  Considering how many damn Japanese cars (like 90%) and the caliber of builds, that's pretty sick. 

Adrian came out with guns blazing and pulled off best Acura. Also considering how man acuras are out there and their builds, I was extremely happy for Adrian!

Grats to Platinum VIP for their awards. Im sure they got best lexus 1 and 2. I believe they also got best VIP. Thanks for helping us out when we were staging.

Thank you everyone who was a part of this. Impact Performance for the work they were doing on my car as well as alwayzspeedin's car. Everyone who came out with us, Tim, Ojay, Ken, Carlin, Adrian, Sean, Mike H and Mike D for helping put it together. Overall it was fun, crowded but well worth it. Just saw a bunch of VIP cars stopped on the side off of the Bailey exit on 101. I was drooling for a few minutes lol. All I ever see around the area is a bunch of Honda ricers :(

looks like a great show!

The cars were awesome!!!! I was really impressed with the quality builds that were there.

I am however, still very unhappy with the 3+ hour wait to get in as a spectator. I don't know if there were just more people than what was planned for or if it was just poor planning all together but everyone in line was seemingly upset about the situation as well.  

We came from Sacramento and arrived in SF at noon. We had to find parking as the event parking lots were full, this took an hour. Then stood in line from 1pm until almost 4pm before paying to get in. Some poor blokes behind me in line had driven up from SD!

It was just rediculous! Had I know all of this before hand I deffinatley would not have gone. I will now think twice before attending future events.

I also was kind of let down cause I saw some Previas drive through with areo and rims but sadly they were not a part of the show.  In Japan I saw way more wagons/vans VIP'd out than cars. The closest things I saw to that were Scions at this show.... and a couple Gangster Audi Wagons!

The show in my opinion was crazy. I'm not sure if it was poor organization or what but tell me why we got 7 spots when we paid 12 spots and came with 9 cars lol. This is the reason why we didn't have enough space between each other. Other than that, it was cool. Just wish I had time to hang out.
