Going 20's to tuck is faking the funk...I think that's what they meant.

faking what funk?
I just wanted to go lower than my coils would go, but add the convenience of being able to go up over obstacles. It's not like this is common state side or an everyday occurance here.

congrats! don't trip, i just copped some 20s for my rears so I could get some tuck. I got to go from a 19x8.5 fronts to 19x9.5s and from 19x9.5 rears to 20x10...and some tuckage. Fronts are flushed out and rears tuck lip. sorry boss, didn't mean to vomit all over your thread with my riff raff. van is looking good, any full on shots yet?

looks killer, haters are gonna hate, cause its just so much easier for them to do.
this would be such a classy site if people were jocking the respect values of japan as much as the car building techniques.
edit: so i get a red mark for that ......giving my opinion about something that is obvious to me from the different sites i browse on.
its ok for mods( or rather one in particular) to go around and bring negativity instead of positive things to builds that are so rare stateside.
perfect example of lack of class right there. im out this bitch!!

Hahahahaha, hey it's all in good fun. I don't really think people are "hating" it's just because the title of the thread seemed to imply that tucking 20's is being a badass, and some people here don't really agree with that. Just came off the wrong way. I'm pretty sure if the title was different you would have gotten much more positive responses. I'm just being a smartass. I think it looks pretty nice. Not a fan of Airrunner, but your project looks great!!

I have a 2008 Ody, down 2", and it still has tire-to-fender gap. To be fair, getting ANYTHING to tuck on a van is challenging.
My lowered ODY is actually harder to rack than my brother's lowered 147. Honda was all about interior space with these, and they don't have much ground clearance. I scrape the exhaust on my ODY fairly frequently.
As far as I'm concerned, props to OP. Not many people doing up vans.

How about this?
With a little more work on the rear tubs I can get the back to come down a little more
