I saw this in a magazine ad for the Buick Lucerne. Buick had 11 Lucerne modified/customized by various shops, one of them doing the VIP style. I think this one came out quite well for a domestic brand.

From what I've been reading, I would say that Buick's seem to be considered [I]one[/I] of the few American VIP platforms.
