Translation needed: Japanese to english

Ok I am trying to figure out if the fog lights and the spoiler are included. I used online translation and it says that they "belong"...not sure what that means. Anywa here is the text:

ランプ類＆スポイラーも付属致します。

The lamp and the spoiler are included. Fuzoku(付属) can translate as belong but also as attached, included.
