Whats up people!! Ive been lurking the site for a few years now and finally decided to make a build thread without the inspiration ive gained from the forums. I bought the car in fall 2009 and literally the first week it was destroyed with hail and was near a total loss. thats when the build began. Its currently in the process of a slight makeover and will be updated as time goes on. I have a pretty accurate, pic heavy, timeline of everything.

vie only been able to run the front Na jack lip because its been shortened 2". Im currents working on the rear because it will la ground even with the car aired up all the way. also a few other minor details going into it. the sides may be temps, not really sure yet. they are shine streets but work really well with the na jack. anyways, on with the pics!

thanks everyone!!! ive been trying to get back and update as well as be more active on the site but ive been crazy busy getting the car ready for the TORC show in long beach. i was able to finish everything up that i could in the short period of time i had and drive out to be there with my bBSquad family!!!!! i finally got the whole kit on and the new wheels came in the night before i left!!!! here are some pics of the semi new setup!!

the headlight cover is like a two way mirror. it cuts down light usage a tad but my fogs make up for the difference.

no real updates. i messed around with a Cal Racer front grille just to give the damd a break while i was doing some highway driving. the damd is back on and sitting with the rest of my grille collection.

i changed the inserts on my door panels a few weeks ago and i havent snapped any pics yet. maybe tomorrow. im also getting ready to do more to the interior. im thinking about taking my D.A.D. covers off and redoing the center inserts in them. not really sure yet if im ready to tear apart expensive covers just to give them my own touch. i also started measuring and making a few cuts on the new rear set up. so far its just a bunch of boards i a pile. nothing special.

4 car pile up on the interstate. totaled the box. it happens. luckily i was ok and walked away with just a few bruises and a broken heart. The best part about it was that my family owns a bodyshop. me and my dad figured it would be better to rebuild than to try to find another xB that was in as good condition and the milage that mine was. i knew what i had, why not make it better?!  so we started the rebuild. basically the whole front end needed replaced as well as the whole left suspension. wasnt really that big of deal. plus it let us try out our new prospot spot welder. NBD.

i have 3 lights out on the right reverse light but other than that i think they came out ok for waking up one day and wanting to build my own taillights. i should have them fixed by the weekend. hopefully i should be starting another pair and head lights as well.

the stance scene isnt great but its getting there. the performance scene is pretty good though. just depends on what you are looking for. im in Pueblo which is about 120 miles south of Denver. a very small town but it works for me.  Our scene as a whole isnt too bad for being in the middle of nowhere. it just takes thing a little time to catch up

i also decided to get some sought after JDM Toyota bb HID option headlights and cut them up for a full retro fit!! im still waiting on the projectors to come in te mail but i started a mock up of the corner lights. i need to figure out how im going to run the lights full on or individual blinkers and running lights.

I used SEM products.

i used SEM. its a pretty good match for what it is. its just temp for now though.

Looking good bro - just one criticism. You should do the seat belt tops inside the car.  I see they are still gray.  I did it to mine.  Doesn't look great, but I rushed it. Would def help get rid of the off color.

I think I've told you before but your xB is one of my top 5 favorite xB's.

What is the exterior pillar material.  Kind of looks like the JP seat belt covers cut to fit.

What size lips are those. Man this is the sexiest xbs I've seen in a while

i test fitted my lip kit for SEMA. Its from a company called Emotions and from what research a few have done, its came to find out this is a ONE OF ONE kit. one kit produced. I also have the grille that goes with it!

small update. ran into issues with the rear bumper. figures. finding out rare one off parts really are not that cool. Doesnt help that SEMA crunch time is a month away but ill be done. Should have a few more parts coming soon!
