I love classic old school house, takes me back to clubs in B-more in the 80's, those were the days....  Look for Neil Conway on facebook, his podcasts are sometimes really good, he plays a lot of classic and new house.

Mainly listen to my still working satellite radio in the car (the service - not sure if it's Sirrius or XM -  has been working since I got it, so might as well enjoy it!) mainly on Chill, or BBC Radio.

^I feel what u saying pancakes, I just dont even buy any music anymore, I'm a hip hop head & from 93 to like 2006/07 I'd cop every album/Mixtape I could get my hands on... Ocassionally I see a Talib Kwali indie album or Pharaoe monch or something at the store & get it but I really dont enjoy it like I used to... Jadakiss last shit had a couple of bangers but again didnt live up Jada's potential, the BP3 was like a 3 mics album... Weezy's the Carter III & Nas' N.I.G.G.E.R. are the last 2 albums I could really say I enjoyed... Papoose was supposed to be the next big thing but dude was stuck on his mixtape ways, couldnt make an album if his life depended on it, lmao../

There's a ton of classic material that's out there that's not the normal main stream shit you here on the radio, I try to keep an opened mind to most things and that's why I dig alot of different types of music. I dig the ignorant hood shit that gets you hyped on game day or in the club and then I like that lyrically shit that makes you stop and think about life. It's all good and bad to me. Whatever fits the mood/occasion. 

Like I said though to each it's own. 
For me there's an enormous amount of cats putting out quality shit that I personally still get hyped for and then you still have a few of there older cats still puttin it down
