Yet another snow day :o( pictures...

It was fun the first day it snowed...but now it's getting kinda old. I am tired of having my car slide down my driveway every morning because it snows, melts and then freezes every other day. This time I took some shots around my house:

I don't mind the snow all that much...I've been going up to the pass for the past 3 years, allthough it was with an AWD. What's killing me is that it all melts during the day and then we get below freezing temps overnight so that in the morning all the roads are made out of ice.
I think I'm gonna go back to my 17s for the time being...I wont care as much if I hit a curb on those.

I have a hole in my bumper, so I don't want to take any pics of the car until I find a good fix.

BUT the way things are going I wouldn't be suprised if we get more snow this year. So maybe I'll take some pics from the back.

hehe not really...I had to miss out on all my weekend fun at the bars/clubs, my training for school and interview...so it really messed things up for me. Seattle is not set up for snow. Supposively we have trucks that spray sand, but I have yet to see one outside of the mountains...same goes for snow plows.

Usually we don't get that much snow...in the past it would snow for 1 day over the winter, and the snow would melt within 24 hours. But this year we're getting snow storms on a weekly basis, and some days it would rain and then the temps drop below freezing.

Overall the car does it's job. Definately gets stuck in the snow on slight hills, but it's ok.

Wow guys ease up on the swearing etc hey? I've removed/edited posts to bring this back on topic...

Incidentally today is probably the hottest day we've had this summer. 39°C (102°F) with ridiculous humidity and strong winds of hot sticky air. I would love to be in that snow you are having right now.

Thanks Dominik. The weather has been pretty crazy everywhere. My parents talked to my relatives back in Russia, and they haven't seen any snow yet all winter...and I guess it snowed in Cali and Mexico as well.

I am almost tempted to put my old wheels back on for the time being, so that if we get more snow and I happen to loose traction and the car slides into something I won't ruin my Works. Who knows how crazy low the car is going to be. Plus its time to flip my tires anyway...I guess i will do all that today.

It's Canon Rebel XT with 18-55mm lens, and a polariser filter.
