Y34 and F50 Coilovers the same?

Hey guys, I heard a rumor that the Y34 M45 and F50 Q45 coilovers are interchangeable. I've seen side by side photos and they look identical but still not 100% sure. Can anyone else back this up?

They are most definitely "nearly" identical. Not sure what the differences are, but I believe psMAX is anticipating that with minor mods, they'll have the F50 set as well. I just can't wait for my Y34 set to arrive.....
