Y34/ F50 IN FLORIDA NEEDED !!

I have a comany in florida willing to make lower control arms for Y34 and F50's this will give us more camber for those you have Air runner and Oems struts to some extent ..
 
You car has to spend 8 to 10 hours at factory / shop and you will be given a discount of the first set .. 
 
hit me up if you would like to use your car for the testing  i am doing this to help the F50 and Y34 folks here we all know we need more front camber :biggthumpup:

You still have to pay and they use your car for 8-10 hours? Really? Pretty cheap ass IMO. No offense :innoutrofl2:

wrd get a list of people, deposits, and whoever does the measuring season gets it free.

Im in ft.lauderdale fl. my grl drives 98 y33 and one of my homii also drives 01 anniv. y33 also....

you may want to make sure this is the part you need before you go head first. extending/shortening the lca will push/pull the bottom of the wheel with less effect on wheel to arch fitment. in other words, this will allow already well fitting wheels to have the cambered look, but will not help much when trying to fit more aggressive wheels.

I am sure James will fill us in .. from what i can see after speaking with Ming @ fizz on the work that is done on his Fuga and do feel that a longer adjustable lower control arm will be a soulition .. i will keep every one posted . again it might or might not work time will tell  :dance:

I can sell them my design for fronts :biggthumpup: To do the rear stuff you need to do all of them plus the half shaft since it will bind up, that is if you are shortening to fit wider wheel. so that means top and bottom one, plus moving the shock since it will encounter angle which it shouldnt have. Front you have a lot more room to move the shock and the mount by modding the strut tower. But shortening the front LCA requires this, or all the neg camber becomes positive camber. 

I am assuming this is what they want to do since the y34 more over the f50 cant fit super neg wheels. I would post pics of our design. but, its not on my current car, and still under development as I need a lot more things to make it work. 

Steering rods have to be shorter, or find smaller ends and the sway bar is to long as well. Just a few things to think about. Its not a drift car so the suspension is a bit different as far as you are not getting steering angle and huge adjustments, but rather getting tighter fitments and more agressive wheels

another thing to add: Is if someone came to my shop and heard we needed a car to design a part. I would give it to them after doing one for us. 

If they do not have the car to begin with.. than they are just doing it for the money rather than actually putting something out there to help people who have the y34 f50, cause they know its a huge hurtle. 

Maybe I am cynical but, you are in the game cause of what you have, not what others have. Its the passion and the drive to succeed in helping others, not helping others make you a dollar. So let the people who have these cars R&D parts for up and commers cause they know it best.

true I live up in denver and had some spc front and rear camber kit installed on my g35 by spc when doing some r&d.they had the car for a few days and everything was free.after the install they even gave me a free shirt and driving gloves just for giving them my car to use..

I am sure James will be getting his stuff  free  .. this was not the point of this thread say "Y34 in florida Needed  free stuff ...Giveaway" .
 
Why would you shorten the front control arms  ... 
 
The front have to be longer the move the angle of  wheels away from the frame ..outer  hence an extention .
 
As for now lets see what  happens ..

Shorten to get a more aggressive lower offset when coupled with more camber. instead of just just cambering more to get more wheel in.

I am just waiting on getting some more details from the shop. They are a top line shop that I know very well here in florida. Not sure if it is OK to give the name since they are not an advertiser. 

They are busy with other projects right now and need to see if they can get the space to do the project and if they want to do it. 

In addition to the control arms I may have them develop an exhaust for the car.

I will keep everyone updated.

Still no update as of yet. They need to get time to do it and have not had it of yet.

On a side not does anyone know if we could use a set of s13/s14 front camber plates on the Air Runner Suspension?

probably but you cant use it on a Y or F chassis

lemme know if they need an LS430, lol. I have the UL and would be willing to drive whenever I am in Orlando.....
