SOCAL VSC GTG

So we planned a VSC GTG on July 3rd @ Blitz's Sushi Restaurant.
July 3rd - SUNDAY!
 His restaurant is past camp pendleton, if i'm correct.
So us OC/LA cats can meet up and cruise down and since it's half way, it'll make it easier for the SD guy's to meet up with us. Open to suggestions.

But let's get a roll call. And it's not all about the cars, so just come out and kick it.

on sundays he opens at 5pm. so it depends on how long we want to hang out first and how far we want to caravan. do we want to drive from the old autobachs, or meet at that starbucks where the cars and coffee is already held?

hopefully some sd guys chime in here soon, so they can start to figure out when/where they can meet.

We have other stuff on the menu other than AYCE incase you are not that hungry or just dont' eat sushi.

I thought about it and I'll do 20% off the entire bill and NO  TAX.   Normally dinner AYCE is $23.95 so for you guys it will be $19.16.   Don't forget to tip my sushi chefs and servers or if the table has 6 or more 17% gratuity will be included. This is for them and I don't see any of it.

LA/OC members can meet up at the old SUPERAUTOBACS parking lot @ 4PM.
We'll leave at 5PM. From there, we'll cruise on over to Tony's(Blitz) restaurant. We'll get our grub on and from there we can figure something out as a whole group.

I had an awesome time! Nice to meet all you guys. I think monthly could be pretty cool. Oh and Tony, the food was BOMB! lol, thanks again. I'll get some pics up tommorrow.

^^3rds on this. Great meet and cruise (cruising is the best part!) and the sushi was so bomb, I stuffed myself with slabs of red and white tuna and was full all night.

For real!  But we gotta WAIT for each other and not just all take off randomly. The whole point of a cruise is to CRUISE together.  The cruise on the way to the spot was epic once Chris got up front and slowed everyone down so we all bunched up. From that point, we were all rolling pretty fast, 80 was the average, at some points we were 3 lanes wide of VIP cars on the freeway, it was epic, and I KNOW there was a big demand for neck braces on Monday at all the local medical supply stores!!!!!

So where are all the pics?

sorry for taking off like that first but I had to get to work to get ready for you guys... BUT turned out alot of people came to the restaurant right when we opened at 5pm and filled up all the tables.    If there is a next time we have to get to my place by 5pm to guarantee seating since my place can only hold 19 at the bar and about 40 at the tables.   I think we had alittle over 20 heads in our group.   It was nice meeting all of you and was awesome seeing these cars all together in one spot in person.   I never go to meet except the auto fashion annual one so its rare for me to see others and their rides.   

Some of you finished faster than I thought... I wanted to give you guys some green tea ice cream but only half of you guys got it.   Next time...

Also looked like most of you got over that driveway hump decently.   I saw some scraped the underside... sorry about that.    I hope leaving wasn't worse even though you guys left heavier than coming in...lol

next time lets get the big SD guys to join and fill up the parking lot....

I'm in for this!!!! The food was BOMB!!!! I was so stuffed, I never got hungry the rest of the night either.

It was nice meeting you too Tony, and thanks for taking care of us, we had 1/2 of the place locked down haha.  I'd be good for some early dinner too, it would give us time for an after-cruise.

Wadup man, theyre polyurethane fendervents that i swooped up at my friends bodyshop. I cut the fenders out and made em fit the car before having them color matched to the code i got my car repainted with =)
