I introduce you to Biggie Smalls

this is my first lexus. its a 1993 LS400 with 102000 original miles. got the car from the original owner( a old man) who just could'nt drive anymore. it is fairly clean with no major problems. the only issue is the cluster has the common problems like speedo not working till it's warmed up.

wheels are ADVAN RGII 18x8.5 temp wheels till i find a replacement for my broken RP03 19x9.5 so if anyone has one let me know. need asap.
coilovers are Megan street series for now.

Yeah i want a more sporty look. just got the coils on an hour before i took the pics. When i get my other wheels on i will work on fitment and hopefully it will look much better.

You sir, are very close to beating me on year/milage. I've got a 91 that I bought with 98k miles about 1 year ago.

Damn that's good. It took me forever to find one within 100 miles of my area without over 200,000 miles.

So a little update. I found a replacement RP03 after lots of searching since 19x9.5 is discontinued. Should be here soon. Eager to get them on and get the car looking good with the fitment.

Keep it up! Not my cup of tea rocking the sportier wheels though..

yes i am serious. i dont care about going with the crowd on wheels. i wanted something different and something i want. it is my car and i should get what makes me happy. and for your other question i got a extremely good deal on a set of cast and am actually picking up 2 more in a different offset so i can run staggard. ive been talking to them about making a custom set that hopefully will really set the caar off but that wont be for awhile. ill post pics of it mocked up tonight..

I wasnt complaining about ur wheel choice dude, trust me I'm no hater, lol... I was complaining about your picture of the boxes nd not showing us the wheels, lol...

Nice. There isn't very many VIP platform cars around the pdx area that I know off. I would like there to be more.

It's coming along, there is a big list of parts I need to get still. I will be doing the fender rolling myself. I don't usually go to shops unless it's something I really don't want to do.

Same for me, I am most of the exterior parts I want tonight...There is just so much to learn! Its like getting into Hondas for the first time again, only this time everything is like 4x the price...Haha.

Even so, OE honda parts are A LOT cheaper than OE nissan or anything like that haha....No but i totally understand, you get what you pay for...

And I am ordering my front and rear bumpers, lip kit, rear wing and visor. Just want the stuff now so when I paint i have them haha. And I am still looking as to what suspension I want to do. I really like the tein cs or whatever, im not really looking to get crazy stupid dumb on negative camber lol.

Do you want bags or coilovers? I run megans for now and love them. The ride is really good.

Which do you think is better? I really do want to do a manual conversion in the car, so it wont be just a low and slow car you know..

It's all personal preference. Do you want to be low all the time with a stiffer ride or low when you want? I personally love coilovers and will stay that way. Haha I plan on doing a 5speed swap too.

Low when you want and lower on demand and high on emergencies own all situations, AIR ALL THE WAY, if you can afford it..

Hahaha yeah being cautious all the time sucks but I'm used to it lol. K sport offers a bolt on air ride kit for your car I believe. It's decently priced too. Not sure how the quality is though.

I was looking at the UAS? Air ride stuff....Though it says it can work with Tein coilovers which is also what I want. And to me I dont think it is too bad priced.
