I personally don't like the look of super tuck in the rear and then the front is actually flush.

see it depends on the car .. For a Y34 i thiink its best tucking since the rear of the car is already high and sitting any higher will not do justice to the look ..

either way can be sick, no exceptions, but neither is a gaurenteed recipe for success either. if it looks good it looks good. personally, i'm evolving towards more streetable setups which has lead me to favor tucked or meatflush but not so much for aestethic reasons.

Flush is my personal pref, built to tuck when suspension travels, but set to roll flush. I think it looks strange when you dont see part of the rim, reminds me of back in the day mini trucks with bodydrops and you only see the bottom half of the rim. Should also add poke into the mix, some guys like to ride a little higher with poke and then air down to flush and the fender rests between the lip of the rim and the tire bead

Tuck the rear, front can be tucked and sunk a bit. but i has to sit flat. not raked. Which is why people tuck to begin with. Now if you were to flush it out and still have the car flat.. then that means you put in a lot of work aside from just clearing inner fender out to get it to sit even all the way around.
I personally do not like it when the front wheel looks bigger than the rear wheel due to it being cambered more in back than front yet the car lays flat with no rake. It looks weird when the front wheel is bigger yet they are the same size.

Every car is so individualized for me. For instance, xBs have a solid beam that doesnt camber in when dropped so I like the tucked look when parked (because you know they can ride low too).
Ideally though, my favorite stance on a car in general is if kit is laid out and apex fenders match up/touch with the apex of the rim. Whether thats natural or done through radius, I could care less.

I've done both
Personally I'm loving tuck right now. Which ever is gonna make me look the lowest.
I gotta still figure out how to get my fronts lower/tuck though
**And those that ride "Flush" always end up having the most fucked up or jus fucked up fenders. Cool in pics, nasty in person
Also riding properly tucked isn't as easy as cats make it seem. There's alot more to it jus like "Flush"

I like cars that have some rake, not flat, and I can't stand when the rear looks lower than the front like a mini truck. I like the camber to match front and rear for a clean and balanced look. The height of my fenders to the ground is exactly the same in the front and the rear, my lips tuck in my fenders under travel, and clear by about a butt hairs thickness in the rear, the front looks more tucked because the camber is the same as the rear, if I took out camber in front or added thicker spacers it would be more flush, but I can't do anything till I resolve the bumper mounting tab issue.
Yudi, I think your rolling height / stance is exactly how it should look always. I definitely admire all the work you've done though, and it still looks sick when it's dumped, and I've told you this already, but your car makes me not like my car any more. lol

IMO,
It's not hard to tuck, but it's hard to tuck RIGHT.
You need just as much precision (as flush) in getting the offsets and the fender lips right so it *just* tucks when lowered and pokes a tiny bit when raised. mere millimetres of clearance.

^^^True dat Rusty.
My personal preference (or at least where I'm going with my build) is F/R fenders radiused to an equal height so it'll have an level-ish look. Although the staggered setup will create a minor tilt forward. And that coupled with a paper-tight mild tucking of the lip F/R with matching aggressive natural camber. This will make the car nearly lay kit, but when in drive height/psi the wheels should sit pretty flush. Kinda like Jermaine's setup, but with a tad more ground clearance because of the 20"/21" setup.

My personal preference is flush. But I'd rather tuck a bit than poke too much. Too much poke really bothers me still. I'd also rather choose tuck over rake, if it's a car with a very low rear arch. I actually kind of like the look of a tucked tire.

I disagree, this counts with air, but rolling static this is completely wrong.
Static you NEED to be be precise or you burn a fender in the first mile, I can tuck wheel with a wide range of offsets, but I need to be within 2 or 3mm of perfect in order poke and not bang fender.
More than half of the bagged cars that tuck (or poke actually) rest on the tire whether it's in the well or on the fender when they're aired out. With an exception of a few like Jermaine who went out of his way to make it so he didn't.

not that hard to do, the inner fender well needs a few slices and welds and you can play with the different offsets with adjusting camber for the most part. Then again, I guess the people that don't have access to a welder or the tools it would be "difficult". BTW, this goes for air or coils.

Tucked or flush doesn't matter to me I want to build a luxury F50 that scrapes the earth and gloats over the pavement as low as possible once I get some more suspension stuff I should achieve that. With my last round of body work there were things I was unhappy with this time out I like everything. I need to work on camber in the front and getting the front lower. Coil overs are coming so is a lot of other stuff. Everyones views are different in the end it's all for the live of the game that we do this and that game is not spending more money or out doing each other it's the game of nodding big luxury cars to make the ride unimaginably low and make them look good hill doing that. I think this can be done tucked or flush buy it isn't just the stance that makes a car look good it anything and everything each build and stance is separate to each other. I don't have a favorite but every build I see flush or tuck if it is done right looks better then one done in a way that doesn't fit the build. Build your car for you and you alone how ever you like

I think you should go for them or at least one of his new wheels and radiusing the rear would have made it look weird. I can drop the front more I just gotta get coilovers and that's in my plans the bodywork will allow for it already just gotta get the suspension pieces to make it happen

Agreed, tuck/poke really depends on the car.
Y33 poke ALWAYS. F50, Tuck it.

I'm new to the precise tuck/flush scene w/ aggressive fitments. I do like the radius flush mentioned on page one, but I hate extreme angles. So my dream stance would be right around here.....

this is a no no!

Poke is not a stance. It's a cancer. A glitch in the 'matrix'.

Stance is relationship between car, ground and wheels.
Those two cars share nothing in common when it comes to stance and overall fitment.

aired up? the ride heights appear to be the same............do you have pics of the last car showing it stanced otherwise?
and if you read my post it would give you more insight as to clearly what I said.

No offense mate, I like your stance choice too (flush on 19's mmm), but did you even read my post before you quoted it?
You basically said you disagree, then said *exactly* what I said..
You can tuck any cookie cutter rim just by lowering it enough.. "in a wide range of offsets" as you said, but getting it to tuck RIGHT also requires a hell lot of work, as it's gotta sit just as precisely inside the fender as poke sits outside.
Also by using natural camber, it should slide to almost-flush as the car is raised. Whether this raising is by air, or static and you stick a jack under it and wind up the coilie doesn't matter, the tyre/upper lip should still roll outwards and miss the fender by a hair when it's lifted an inch.
This is incredibly hard to do, as you seem to be aware with Jermaine's shining example, yet you say tuck isn't hard? Make up your mind hahaha
Achieving tuck is easy, but tucking 'correctly', can be just as much, if not more of an exercise in precision as proper poke.

We're agreeing on the better part of it I know that lol
But what I'm saying is I know a tonne of guys on air that just slap wheel on and if it pokes, they stretch some more and then they're like wooo tsurachi, others tuck and are like wooo tuckin' wheel.
That's the thing with air, there is way too few that can fully roll when aired out, especially the ones that poke. Because pokin' ain't easy, the static guys need to do it right or move onto their next set of tires.
If anything I more so elaborating on what you said, my choice of words to start that wasn't exactly the best haha.

its a toss up between poke and tuck for me. Tuck because of the ability to ride a lot lower but poke just makes a car look really mean and aggressive when rolling.
